I purchased a hose reel 4 monts ago and 1 month after ppurchase the top started cracking. I let it go but it kept getting worst so decided to call homepot. They said it waslonger then 90 days so I had to contact suncast. They told me to take pic and send receipt. They said it was my fault cause it must have been misused. Denied my claim. Such a big company can't stand by their procduct and I am done with them and will go to rubbermaid.

Bought the 7’X7’ tremont? from Menards and now 3 yrs later all of the corners are splitting open. I texted/emailed Suncast two times but have never heard back.

Brand news hosemobile cart leaked from new.
When reported to Suncast they responded by sending parts and an 8 step process to replace their faulty parts. No replacement or store credit was offered.
Poor quality product backed up by lousy support.
Never again !!

Our hose reel didn't last long at all. I asked to be refunded since it was warranted for 5 years. Y'all declined. It was hardly ever used. I will not ever buy your product again and in the future when we give yard tours I will let everyone know not to purchase your product ever. Shame on your company for not standing behind your product and warranty.

I purchased a suncast shed about 3 years ago, i live in Ocean city MD. The lid hinge broke due to the salt water. I called them and tried to get replacement parts that should be covered under warranty. I thought this was a simple process but i found out it was easier to purchase the stuff then go through all the bull of them telling you why its not covered under warranty. Stay away from this company and their cheap products that don't last. If I could leave them 0 stars I would. And on top of this I called for parts 1800 846 2345 the number they provided and they inform you there is no one available and they just hang up on you. Great customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS.

I had a question about 2 weeks ago and sent my question to customer service at Suncast. There were multiple back and forth emails, from me (the human) and from them (computer generated automated responses). They acknowledged my questions and put me in the "resolved" bin several times. It was never resolved. I went to Sam's Club and bought 3 Lifetime sheds.... I am now an expert at assembling them, they seem solid (we have hurricanes, intense heat, heavy rains), easy to assemble (all parts contained and even extra screws) and, they have humans that work in their customer service. Imagine that! if I couldn't get any service from Suncast, why would I want their product? I wouldn't and I didn't.

Bought the Suncast Vista 7x7 ft shed. Had doors alignment issue after installation, but Suncast online support has been very good. my problem solved.

Before and after photos with in 3 months of purchase. Suncast declined my warranty for this shed saying I didn't have a lock installed, but I did have a lock on it. These sheds are very poorly designed and is held together with plastic fasteners and #8 screws. The door latch will not hold the doors shut if the walls pull away from each other as what happened to ours from a 47 mph wind. The warranty is supposed to cover up to 65 mph winds but they will not honor it. I sent them wind speeds from that day showing the 47 mph so that is when they declined saying no lock was installed. I don't know how they can say that from the second picture. The third picture shows how and where the floor disconnected from wall that caused the shed to come apart. Should be a 10 year warranty so beware if you are thinking about this shed and live out of town with any wind. In town you may be fine.

Got the DCP2000 serving station. The side shelf broken the top door didn't have the holes drilled to put the cart together. Called suncast, and was told OH these are common problems with our products. We can't help you but you can ship it back for a refund. Dont buy there products horrible customer service.

Purchased a Suncast backyard storage box from Lowe’s. Didn’t come installed. Plastic panels were warped and couldn’t snap into place. They offer a number to call for help installing. The person contacted just said return it. I’m a senior and can’t understand why they sell such poor quality junk at Lowe’s. Terribly disappointed, bill

Received the Suncast Storage Box today. We were expecting it to be quality as the older model we have. The new one, this one is less weight, no seal in bottom so leaks, panels bow as they are thinner. Just like so many things today, Suncast has made a much cheaper version and selling for the same price. All about money, not about the consumer. We will keep the box but wanted to warn others of the poor quality. We have attached pictures of the older model and the one we got today (gray.) So disappointed.

No customer service there hose reels are garbage and fall apart they all break on wall bracket garbage

If you’re in need of a storage bin I suggest making one out of cardboard and duct tape it will last longer! The suncast storage bin I bought a year and a half ago has warped so bad it’s pitiful! And don’t bother contacting suncast they will not follow up or call or contact you back! And when I called for the third time I was put on hold and after 5 minutes the phone hung up! DON’T BUY THIS CRAP!

lucky they got 1 star cause i would give them zero. Garbage products. They are not cheap. But their product material is cheap. Cheapest garbage hose real out there. The only reason they are around is cause there's not much competition. Ill NEVER purchase anything from them again.

Terrible! Do not buy anything from this company. I have been trying for weeks to get in touch with their costumer service through phone, email and social media and I have gotten nowhere. Completely unprofessional. Find another company to buy your stuff from.

I bought a mobile hose reel for $75 last august, came to use this year and the inlet hose along with the brass fitting that attaches to the unit blew right off. I can understand that plastic parts can break, but this was broken on the inside of the enclosure where it cant even get hit. Trying to get a replacement part for it , none to be found and the unit cannot be found on the suncast website. $75 is overly priced or something that only lasts 3months. No answer from my email to customer service. oh well I guess they think I will just get another one and throw this one in the landfill so we can help keep the planet polluted.

Update... The damn things are selling for $115.09 cdn .... June 2nd still absolutely no feedback from Suncast ,. I try and buy as much as possible Canadian and US made products to encourage our economy our , but when you have this type of customer service should you care ....

I bought 2 sheds and each one was missing metal roof hinges. Waited 2 hours for a call back and was on hold 30 min. Kept calling back and got a message "... experiencing high call volume, call again." Started reading online reviews and found out my experience is common. I decided I would just order replacement parts. They declined two different cards....I think they are shipping without hinges and out of replacements. Pretty sleazy.

Bought a Vertical storage shed, The Manual, both paper and online is for an older model and does not apply. You have to figure out the assembly by yourself. The Door hinges have a 12-24 nut as part of the Hinge. They supplied 1/4-20 bolts, so I cannot install the doors. There are not enough truss head screws for assembly. I have been trying to get to support for 1.5 hours. The message is we have high call volume call back later.
