Terrible product avoid it has cost me over £200 unfortunately fails to turn on fuse is not faulty product worked for under 8 months using it only in winter because the laundry drying feature is not worth bothering with owned product less than two years waste of money avoid this unit also costly to dispose contains refrigerant.

The Evaporative cooler you have ordered is the one of the most common forms of cooling for environments that are unfit for vented air-conditioning.
The main draw back to evaporative coolers is that the cooling ability is largely dictated by how cold the water in the machine is. If you add ice to the specialised compartment, or keep a steady feed of cold water into the tank you should find the cooling output will increase

So far not impressed with service
Failed to deliver on first promise day, next day tried to deliver to wrong address. Then was emailed to tell us unit damaged by courier. A new Air Conditioner was sent with a different courier. However now trying to contact Sunbelt for help as remote control not working with air conditioner as it should.

Fral EVC45 Evaporative air cooler
After the success of the Honeywell coolers, I decided to purchase a Fral EVC45 evaporative air cooler, sadly on delivery the cooler was broken, I called Sunbelt sales and spoke to Clare, who worked efficiently and quickly to resolve the issue, I felt reassured and guided through the process and treated as a valued customer at all times, Clare connected with her team quickly and Tom called me and arranged delivery of a new cooler and pick up of the broken one.
Well I can't speak highly enough of the team at Sunbelt, my new unit was delivered at 9.09 am the very next morning.
As someone who has never been in this situation before, I am so grateful for the quick action of Clare and Tom at Sunbelt Sales, their work ethic is outstanding, but I suspect they would say all in a normal days work, for me I appreciated all the support I got from the team who made this resolution run so smoothly, quickly, and efficiently.
The reason I chose Sunbelt Sales to purchase products from, as it was one of the very few sites that provided good value for the customer at affordable prices, with out any added extra of hidden delivery prices. Sunbelt sales offered quick delivery as standard with no hidden costs when you get to the basket.
