We recieved our new rug two weeks ago. It looks great and everything went well. Easy ordering process, great E-Mail Support, top quality and pretty fast delivery, considering it has been made in Nepal.

My rug arrived 7 days after I ordered it, and I received a card that named the artisan who made it. The rug is gorgeous and the service felt personal. Delivery was MUCH faster than I anticipated.

So pleased with our bright and colourful rug bought for our baby son's nursery. It is the first thing people comment on when they see his room. The service was excellent and delivery very fast considering the miles it had to travel! There is no need to pay more for this product anywhere else as the quality is great and the service was great. A little hard to keep clean however, but it is a great rug.

We ordered a multi-colour felt ball rug 2 weeks ago and we already received the rug today. We got a personal message from an employee of Feltballrug.com with the tracking information, which was nice. But most importantly, the rug is just stunning and looks much better than on the pics on their website! And my children just absolutely love it!
