I had a great experience with Subto. The community is very supportive and full of people who are willing to help and answer questions. The training and resources are easy to follow, especially for beginners who want to learn more about real estate investing and creative finance.

I also appreciate how responsive the team has been throughout the sign-up process. They made everything simple and were helpful when I needed guidance. The platform gives a lot of valuable information, networking opportunities, and motivation to keep learning and growing. Overall, I highly recommend Subto to anyone interested in real estate and building financial freedom.

I came into SubTo skeptical, I'm an enterprise risk professional and a veteran, so I don't hand out trust easily. What I found was a community that actually delivers on all four fronts: real education on creative finance structures, a network of people actively doing deals, genuine accountability, and momentum I couldn't manufacture on my own. I'm now underwriting RV park portfolios using strategies I learned here. This isn't a hype machine, it's a serious investor community for people who want to do the work.

A community that gives, builds, and delivers real change

Pace’s community is exactly that, a community. It is a huge bonus that he does spend time with us and offer real life changing advice and connections. He is a true go‑giver who moves the solar system to create opportunities for everyday people.

I’ve seen it firsthand. I know people he’s literally given a car to so they could keep working.

He recently helped a woman transition out of homelessness, earn $5k, secure a home through co‑living, and even earn income from it.

He helped a mother with MS, who can’t walk and has a daughter, buy two houses and an RV park in a few days, flying his team out and spending over $150,000 to make it possible due to her challenges.

There are too many stories like this to count. He never stops thinking about how to help people.

He’s even running an “All Abilities Challenge” for his community now to help people get deals, with incentives for those who help others make real money, capped by a huge event at his own home for hundreds, paid by him.

My own experience: I joined a year ago, made my investment back, and was selected to buy an RV park/mobile‑home park with him through Zero to Hero in a few months. The wins are great, but the mindset shifts and unlocks are what changed everything for me.

His actions speak: consistent teaching, radical generosity, and real deals that change lives. If you want accountability, community, and a leader who shows up, this is it. Highly recommend.

Joining the Subto community completely changed the direction of my real estate journey. Before becoming a member, I had been trying to wholesale real estate on my own for quite some time, but despite all the effort, research, and outreach, I was never able to successfully close a deal. Becoming a member of Subto is an opportunity to level up your life, and not just in Real Estate. The welcome feeling you get at HQ from everyone within the community the vibe there is of discipline, focus, assertiveness , persistence, humility, character, balanced with confidence, humor, grace, enthusiasm. I've been part of the SubTo community for a while now, and I just felt it was time to properly show up and share what this experience has meant to me.
