Hi All, well I am new to Subto. That being said I have been watching Pace for four years and happy to say I was now just able to join and I am super excited. I don’t have a testimonial on how they’ve helped me yet like I said I just started but I know this is a great Community just from the people I have talked to recently my MSA is Marisa Robels and she is amazing. Also, I keep in touch with Wendi who is also part of Subto. So all I can say is super excited to get started and can’t wait to do this challenge.

I’ve been in real estate acquisitions for about 6 years, so I didn’t join SubTo as a beginner. What it really did for me was open my mind to creative finance and different ways to structure deals instead of looking at everything the traditional way.

The biggest thing for me has honestly been the community. Being around people actually doing deals and sharing real experiences has helped me grow a lot. It’s pushed me to think bigger and look at real estate differently.

It’s not magic and you still have to put in the work, but overall joining was definitely worth it for me.

Excellent community

Still pretty new here and in the learning phase, but SubTo has already been a fantastic find. The creative financing strategies are super valuable, and the community is incredibly supportive — tons of experienced members sharing real insights, answering questions, and cheering on the wins. Pace and the team keep it practical with zero fluff. Perfect spot for beginners like me who are building their foundation. Excited to keep growing and eventually close my first deal

Overall, I love Subto. I've had life issues just like everyone else, that I won't bring up or use as an excuse. Pace has given every member so many tools to succeed, it really comes down to you the individual. I have yet to break through and after about 4 years in the community I still hold the belief it is coming.
That is why the All Abilities Challenge felt like a Godsend , being able to connect and work with the leaders in this community. I know I'll succeed and if nothing more I will have gained more friendships.

Pace pours all of his knowledge into our community. He leads with compassion and thoughtfulness. The community is so supportive no matter what the question is, someone is willing to help. Before joining Subto, I had no idea I could own rental property. This was truly a blessing. I'm ready to scale and acquire more properties with confidence.

I am so thankful I joined Subto and for Pace's vision and tireless commitment to build this amazing community for the rest of us. I chose to invest in Subto instead of going back to college and I now feel like I am able to do what I have always dreamed of doing. I have met so many great people already and I am working with some amazing partners. I've only been in Subto for a few months and I am truly excited for what the future holds.

Getting together with this amazing community and taking action together is so incredibly motivating and pushes you to go further. The Zero to Hero challenge was incredible!! I love the energy of this group! Thank you Pace!!

I’ve recently joined Subto and attended the in person RV Challenge in AZ. I met many people in this community that are willing to help us along our mutual journey. I’m excited to help anyone in this community in any way I can. Also thankful to the support team being there for us if we need clarification as well. This is more than a subscription, it’s people helping people.

Subto has changed my life. I’ve met countless people. I’ve had countless opportunities, but also to be educated and shift my mindset from complete newbie to experienced investor in the growth I’ve had in learning how to do. Sales alone has been worth $1 million.

Subto is great, as a wholesaler this is one of the most valuable resources I have. It also helped me understand the other types of investing to find the best solution for the seller and buyer.

We have had an amazing experience with the SubTo Community/Family! As we have been involved with other real estate programs, none of them have actually built a community of people who feel like family members and are willing to help others with whatever is needed. Pace and his magnificent team have continued to help this community grow. He is a Doer, not a Teller; a true Gogiver~! That is what really makes the difference. He leads from the front by example and never leaves anyone behind. He is a great Leader to this family. We are super grateful for him, his team, and everyone in the community~!!!

Im in my 3rd week of being a subto member. So far the whole program has been greatly organized and positive. The amount of information that is provided is in depth and detailed. This has been the perfect start for me to go deeper into the real estate investing side and connect with other individuals who are in the real estate investing lifestyle as well

I started in the community a few months ago and the level of support is significant. You start with an MSA who meets with you weekly to direct you to resources, numerous videos to learn from, and people reaching out regularly to check in and see how they can help, and regular challenges to join to help connect with seasoned RE pros.

SubTo really provides every opportunity to get involved. You just have to be willing to get involved as nothing will happen without you acting.
