Very poor returns
Waited 15 working days for a refund (specified on website) which never came, emailed twice and no response. Then got an email after the 15 days to tell me the refund would take 5-10 days to reach my bank. Very poor returns service, wouldn’t recommend ordering from here as you’ll be out of pocket for a month.

Dress order returned - still demanding payment
Dress ordered 10/7, returned next day after delivery due to sizing. Raised a return with Klarna and received acknowledgement of return 15/7 and email to say refund would be processed. Today, I’ve received notification from Klarna that the return has been rejected and asked to pay by stylecheat for a dress I don’t have and has been with them for a month. I’ve sent proof of return via Klarna and copies of the emails from stylecheat, yet they have still decided to reject for no reason and ask for payment for something I don’t have. 1st time shopping with this company and I won’t be rushing back. Crap experience

23 days and still no refund after returning iteam
I returned an item I've been waiting 23 days and still not had a refund.
Sent multiple emails and get told to wait for the 15days timeframe but gone way pass this and had no refund.
This was my first time buying from them and it will be my last.
Sending one more email to ask for my money and if they don't I'll have to try and dispute it with my bank

This was delivered to a post office…
This was delivered to a post office delivery office and not to my shipping address. Not sure why style cheat used to the wrong address, also now as the item has been flagged as delivered by Royal Mail there is no way to actually receive the item. I have tried to contact SC customer service with no reply.

I am now awaiting a replacement. I will see how that goes.

Nice webshop but high shipping costs
Nice webshop where I bought a beautiful dress. However, I had to pay 14 euros in customs clearance costs on top of the 12 euros shipping costs. The dress itself cost 26 euros, but in total I also had to pay 26 euros to have the dress delivered here. All in all it wasn't worth it.

I purchased my dresses last year, although my wedding isn't until September. When the dresses arrived, we were all thrilled with the beautiful selection and high quality. However, one of my bridesmaids is now pregnant, and her dress won't fit by the time of the wedding.
On a whim, I contacted customer service, not really expecting much since so much time had passed (the dress was still tagged and bagged). To my surprise, Eva and Holly provided exceptional customer service and allowed me to exchange the dress for a larger size.
Their kindness and support brought me to tears. Although the cost of the dresses is relatively small compared to other wedding expenses, this small act of generosity truly touched my heart. I am immensely grateful and will wholeheartedly recommend this company to everyone.

Great customer service. I ordered my dress to the wrong address and they rectified it free of charge and arranged delivery very quickly. I had a query about a return and this was also sorted quickly. The items themselves are lovely too!

Ordered a dress in my size last week…
Ordered a dress in my size last week and it did not fit well so exchanged on the website on friday evening. This transfaction went through fully and confirmed my order. Unfortunately, received an email on Monday morning to say it had gone out of stock. I now have 4 days until I need an occasion dress and this situation has majorly inconvenienced. Customer service was good, quick response times and they requested a refund straight away.
