I bought a ticket for the Champions League match and a ticket for Bad Bunny's concert. It was amazing !

I bought 2 BTS tickets through Stubhub for Madrid Day 2 concert. The wait for the ticket was so long. 5 days before the concert they send me a link to transfer to my ticketmaster account. It was quick and safe.

Bought tickets through StubHub and honestly couldn't have asked for an easier process. The site was simple to navigate, seat options were clear, and checkout took two minutes. Tickets arrived well ahead of the event with no issues at all — scanned straight in, no hiccups at the door. Customer service wasn't even something I needed, which says a lot. Would absolutely use StubHub again for future events.

Concerned that my foo fighters tickets wouldn't arrive as the date for transferee was the day before the concert. But the tickets arrived a couple of days before hand. No problems attending the gig. IT WAS FANTASTIC. Foo Fighters excellent as ever.

I bought World Cup tickets and they sold them to me in someone else's name, and they were non-transferable. It wasn't stated anywhere. I bought them before I even knew if my team was playing there. Now I can't sell them, and FIFA's website says I'M NOT THE OWNER of the tickets I paid for. And they're not taking responsibility! It's a LIE that they have a guarantee!

At 1 pm I decide go to a World cup match, I bought the tickets easily, around 2 pm I got the e-mail with the tickets, at 4 pm I was in the Guadalajara Stadium, lovely experience

So pleased to have had the opportunity to buy last minute tickets to see Harry at Wembley.
I opted for Stubhub due to the good reviews and dependability and I was very happy.
Chose my tickets. Paid the amount and had a confirmation straight away.
Daily reminders I would receive tickets soon and by the day before at the latest.
They came through in plenty of time via e-ticket.
A great resource for tickets. Will definitely use again. Thanks.

After buying tickets from GetTickets365.com and it was a lie, I lost my money, I bought tickets through this site. You are very trustworthy, 10 out of 10. It was a little difficult to download tickets, but well done, well done, you fully deserve the top score

In the beginning we had a problem with a ticket for BTS concert in Madrid, the seller cancelled the ticket 3 weeks before the concert. Stubhub contacted with me immediately and they change this ticket for another one.
We could enjoy the concert!

I had to resell 2 tickets.

Everything seemed to go well but than StubHub charged me because the buyer couldn’t use them.
Now, I did sell those tickets in fact I could not get them back from the platform where I purchased them because it said “ticket transferred”. But somehow they didn’t go through properly on StubHub.
I opened a claim and they stand with their decision. I don’t think a human look into it. It looked a lot like an AI automatic review tool.
I’m still wondering why I have to pay for a platform error since obviously there was a technical issue in their side.
If you decide to sell here, pay extra attention because they let you pay for their mistake.
Ridiculous. My advise is to use other resellers that might be more serious and professional

Absolutely do not buy tickets from StubHub! Spent way over face value for tickets to find out after travelling to the venue that these were fake!!! No customer service number to phone and have to wait days on getting a refund that’s if we get one! Absolute horrible site for tickets always stick to ticketmaster! Disappointed is an understatement

Will definitely be using these again, saved myself £40!
Was a bit skeptical and did some research before buying as didn't want to get to the gig and be told the tickets weren't valid but everything was good, was a straightforward ticket swap on ticketmaster, happy days 🙂

Very awful disgusting and pathetic service. I was hospitalised got drips n transfusion can not go to the event not getting refund. Customer Service harassed n tortured me and keep on hold and hung up so many calls.Will sue if I will not get the refund. Send REFUND ASAP

I sold 5 tickets on StubHub uk, and thought everything went fine. I waited the 5-8 business days after the event to get my payment, but once it didn't come, I called only to find out that my payout method was invalid. there was no indication of this when I originally sold my tickets, and now they can't process my payment until they change the payout method on my sales, which apparently needs to be escalated to the relevant team, taking another 5 business days (which it already has been, and still no updates). horrible experience, NEVER sell tickets here!

Fees are too expensive. Although everything works well i woulnt hesitate if i can use cheaper competitors.

So pleased with customer services today. Sorted out the issue transferring my son’s Kooks tickets, contacting the buyer whilst I stayed on the phone. 5 star service at 5.30 pm on a Friday. Thanks so much
