We bought tickets to see Rod Stewart in Valencia on 30th June (reluctantly bought from Stubhub as it was the only place we could get 4 tickets together which weren't restricted viewing). Paid well over the odds and the seats weren't even that good but never mind, when you're a fan you do these things! Booked flights, hotel, parking, transfers etc. Stubhub said tickets would arrive by 28th. They never came. We were flying out on 29th PM, so I phoned Stubhub 7am (as soon as they opened) and was told they would contact the seller and get back to me. By 10.30 I had heard nothing, so phoned them again only to be told the seller didn't actually have the tickets to send! They also said they couldn't provide an alternative, and could only offer a refund! So basically we had spent a couple of thousand £ for nothing! Absolutely disgusting company, I would advise anyone to NEVER use them.

Bought six tickets two months before an event said I would not get tickets till about a week from event had to travel overseas for event was hounding them three days before the event because we hadn’t received our tickets. They said they’ll show up 12 hours before the event got an email saying tickets we’re not coming and we would get a refund talking to their help team for the whole day trying to sort this out as we travelled overseas for the event. They said they had over sold the event even though they had tickets on there site for sale they would not give us any tickets. Terrible people to deal with.

I would not use this company again.
I purchased resale tickets back in December because the listing clearly stated they were guaranteed to be delivered by Friday before the event. That guarantee gave me confidence to book through them.
The guaranteed date came and went with no tickets. Customer service wasn't available until 10am on the day of the concert, so I contacted the AI support, which advised that I would be entitled to a refund under the Fan Guarantee because the delivery deadline had been missed.
When customer service opened, I called immediately. I was told a refund request would be submitted and that someone would get back to me. Nobody ever did.
The tickets eventually arrived only four hours before the event. Unfortunately, the venue was a seven-hour drive from my home, so by then it was far too late for me to travel. I had relied on the guaranteed delivery date when deciding whether to make the journey.
Despite failing to meet their own guaranteed delivery deadline, the company has refused to issue a refund because the tickets were eventually delivered.
A guarantee is only meaningful if it's honoured. If you're travelling a long distance or need certainty before committing to travel and accommodation, I'd think very carefully before relying on their stated delivery guarantees.

Ordered vip sound check tickets for BTS, yes they cost much more than the face value price but received them in plenty of time for the concert and had no problems with them at all getting into concert and getting the vip perks.
Customer service as bad as it gets. They dont want to resolve, just dictate and close chats or calls.
Claim nothing is on them and take money through fees and thier own failure.
Never use them, other options are much, much better!

The seller did not transfer my ticket to me on time. I still hadn't received it on the day of the concert and had a three hour journey to get to the event so didn't want to travel if I couldn't get into the concert.
The Stubhub team were professional and reassuring. They assured me I would get a refund if the ticket wasn't delivered to me but they chased up the seller and the ticket arrived just in time.
The Stubhub team did their very best for me. I just wish sellers would keep their word and deliver tickets on time.
Stubhub just make up excuses to slow payment. 8 working days past rang and they said a.manual release needed to be done. Another 4 days no payment. Rang in said I should have had an email to fill in a KYC form. No email. I wonder what the next delay excuse will be

Found the service easy to use. Stub hub kept us informed of the tickets arrival. Tickets arrived two days earlier than stated on the website which was great!!
No issues whatsoever. A bit expensive but worth the price and we saw BTS!!
Stub hub refund d wrong payment amount and despite multiple online and telephone calls have refused to explain when correct payment will be made despite admitting initial payment was incorrect. I just get told the payment team are looking at it but not given any way to contact them and the timeframe for the resolving the situation is extended every time I call.

The photos when they arrived that their seats seemed further away than the ones I booked. When he told me they we in a ‘balcón ‘ I knew they were wrong. I contacted STUBHUB to explain that I wasn’t there and only saw the photo later in the evening, when the gig started, so couldn’t have contacted them before the event. Plus, the row and seat information went blank.
They admitted today that they were the wrong seats but can’t do anything if you used the seats. No comeback on the lying seller, Stub hub offered me a 25% off voucher😣Never again, plus they are charging excessive amounts on top of getting rubbish tickets. I paid £200 each plus £168 charges! To get rubbish seats miles away and no offer of help.

I purchased 2 tickets to BTS's concerts in London. Both were promised to be transferred to me a day before each concert. I got the ticket for the first one a week or so after I purchased it, the second was transferred to me like 5 days before the concert. Although I was anxious until I received the second ticket, it arrived earlier than I was promised.Both were transferred via Ticketmaster to my account and I had no problem.
Brought tickets last minute. They were in my account straight after purchase. No problems.
Overall, I had a good experience with StubHub. The ticket purchase process was easy and convenient, and my ticket worked perfectly at the venue.
However, I had one major concern. The ticket was transferred to my Google Wallet, but I wasn't sure how to verify that it was genuine and valid. I contacted customer support by email about the event to ask how I could confirm everything was correct, but I never received a reply—not before the event, and not even afterwards.
In the end, everything was fine and the ticket was completely valid, but the lack of customer support caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. A quick response would have made the whole experience much more reassuring.

Bought tickets twice for bts concert and Ticketmaster moved the seating but stib hub sorted it out that was the first night second night 3rd row tickets were actually front row

Used Stubhub for BTS tickets at Tottenham and got really good tickets. Communication was good by e-mail keeping me updated on when I would get my tickets. Received actual tickets on ticketmaster a good month before event
