Used Stubhub for BTS tickets at Tottenham and got really good tickets. Communication was good by e-mail keeping me updated on when I would get my tickets. Received actual tickets on ticketmaster a good month before event

I was very nervous if my ticket would actually work, you hear so many horror stories. But it worked like a dream!
I bought my ticket for BTS World Tour in London months in advance, to be transfered the day before the gig. I waited with my fingers crossed that I hadn't been scammed. Bingo, the day before the ticket was transfered, I accepted the transfer, and the ticket was then available in my Ticketmaster account.
StubHub kept me informed throughout the whole process, I worried for nothing.
I would definitely use them again. Once my bank balance recovers.

I had my reservations about using StubHub, especially because my BTS tickets weren't expected to be transferred until the day before the concert. I was travelling four hours to the venue, so the thought of not receiving my tickets in time was incredibly stressful and would have been devastating.
Thankfully, I actually received the Ticketmaster transfer invitation three days before the concert. The transfer process was quick and straightforward, and the tickets appeared in my Ticketmaster account almost immediately.
The prices were also more reasonable than many other resale sites I looked at. I really liked that StubHub offers a FanProtect Guarantee, meaning if your tickets don't arrive, they'll either provide comparable replacement tickets or give you a full refund. That gave me some extra peace of mind.
There are, however, a few downsides. You don't know for certain that you'll receive your tickets until a few days—or sometimes even the day before—the event, which can be quite nerve-racking, especially if you're travelling a long distance. As with any resale site, there's always some level of risk, and ticket prices are usually much higher than the original face value. I also found customer service to be fairly unhelpful; they couldn't really offer much reassurance beyond asking me to wait and trust the process.
Despite those concerns, everything worked out perfectly for me. I received my tickets without any issues, the transfer was seamless, and the concert was absolutely incredible. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely use StubHub again.

My experience with Viagogo has been extremely disappointing.
After purchasing tickets through their platform, I was contacted directly via WhatsApp by the seller using the same mobile number registered to my Viagogo account. When I questioned this, Viagogo told me my contact details had not been shared with the seller and that sellers should not contact buyers directly. This left me with serious concerns about how my personal mobile number was obtained, yet despite submitting formal complaints I have never received a explanation.
To make matters worse, I initially had not received the ticket I had paid for and spent hours trying to resolve the issue. I first contacted the UK customer service team, who told me they couldn't help because my purchase was through Viagogo and instructed me to call the US customer service number instead. At no point was I warned that this would result in substantial international call charges.
After following their instructions, I received my phone bill and discovered I had been charged £385 simply for trying to get help with an issue caused by their service. I have asked Viagogo to reimburse these charges but have received no meaningful response.
I have submitted multiple formal complaints, sent them to several company email addresses, and was even promised a response within 24 hours on their online chat. Nothing came. When I contacted UK customer services again and explained I couldn't afford to call the US number because it had already cost me £385, I was simply told to call the same number again before the representative ended the call.
My biggest disappointment has been the complete lack of customer service. The absence of communication, failure to respond to formal complaints, and refusal to provide an alternative way of resolving the issue have left me feeling ignored throughout the entire process.
I hope Viagogo will finally investigate my concerns, reimburse the costs I incurred following their own instructions, and improve the way they treat customers facing genuine problems.

We purchased two tickets for the BTS London concert after failing to get tickets for any of the EU dates during presale and general sale. Bought two from Stubhub which were unfortunately a bit pricey considering their original value but they were transfered on Ticketmaster (by the seller) quite early and they were good seats, as shown on Stubhub.
I purchased tickets on the day of the concert, they arrived in plenty of time before the concert, I had no issues getting into Tottenham stadium, from buying the tickets to seeing BTS was stress free, I would definitely use Stub Hub again
Delay tactics, and poor support. Not worth the hassles.
12 months of failures from their side, promises, broken promises, no follow up or timely response.
I will give my ticket away next time and prevent these people from getting any more money out of the unsuspecting public.
Customer service whilst polite made promises that were not kept, which in turn reflects badly on a companies reputation.

Maria was truly a gem of a person. She was calm, well-communicated and always reassuring throughout the service which is highly appreciated during a difficult and stressful situations where things so unexpectedly wrong. She was able to promptly find me brand new tickets which were arguably even better than my original ones after a fall through of the original.
