I bought 2 tickets on the day for Kasabian at Finsbury Park. Regular tickets were £77 and probably plus booking fees and I bought mine for £55. It was the first time I used this website and found it very easy to use and I received my tickets within 20 minutes. I also like the idea of buying tickets from people who can't use theirs for whatever reason. I checked out StubHub online before purchasing and they have been in operation for a few years and I could not see any complaints. I will for certain use them for my next show or concert.

I purchased two Bad Bunny tickets over a year in advance, paying £305.67 for Section 249, Row 51, because I specifically wanted seats with a clear frontal view of the stage.
StubHub confirmed that my tickets would be available by 25 June 2026, but they were not delivered on time. On 26 June, I contacted customer support because I still couldn't access my tickets. Even then, the "View Details" link in my StubHub account did not work, so I couldn't even download my tickets through their platform.
On the morning of the concert, I finally received the tickets through Ticketmaster, only to discover that they were not the tickets I had purchased. Instead of the frontal-view seats I paid for in Section 249, I was given Section 521 – Rear Restricted View, which was a significant downgrade.
Because of StubHub's mistake, my friend and I spent approximately half of the concert running around Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, being sent between different entrances, floors and members of staff while trying to resolve the issue. We were eventually told there was nothing that could be done and were forced to watch the remainder of the concert from seats behind the stage with a restricted view.
This completely ruined what should have been one of the best nights we had been looking forward to for over a year. Instead of enjoying the concert, we experienced stress, frustration and disappointment because StubHub failed to provide the tickets we had paid for.
Despite providing clear evidence that I received different tickets from those I purchased, StubHub's final response was to offer me only £74 against a purchase price of £305.67.
After everything that happened, I explained that a £74 refund on a £305.67 purchase was not a fair resolution. The response I received was simply that "this is the refund, it's either yes or no." I found this approach dismissive and lacking any genuine attempt to address the seriousness of my complaint or the impact this situation had on us.
Poor customer service, poor communication, failure to provide the tickets that were purchased, and a compensation offer that does not reflect the seriousness of the issue.
I strongly advise anyone considering buying expensive event tickets through StubHub to think twice. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I will never use this company again.
She was really attentive and made every effort to answer my question professionally whilst going between me and the buyer for a quick resolution. She went as far as revisiting all 15 cases and leaving a voicenote and a follow-up email for each buyer that hadn't responded.

The tickets I bought were fake, and Stubhub are yet to respond to my query despite the event being over two weeks ago and are still holding my money. I understand that the fake tickets aren't stubhubs fault, but their response has been very poor.

I am Australian and bought (expensive) resale ticket on StubHub for bad bunny in Paris. Ticket was delivered immediately via email. I never could see it on the ap though. I was stressed incase it was a scam all the way up until I was successfully inside the venue. It worked though, stoked.
So after leaving a glowing review for Harry Styles love on tour a few years ago.....guess what happened this time around......the tickets didn't turn up! BUT midnight deadline passed, the auto chat said my concern was raised to highest level, got email at 8.00am from a sales rep, even before phone lines opened. I phoned them, they sorted it, replaced the tickets 🎟 PLUS the original tickets to Harry Styles all done by midday. So 4 in total. Completely reassured again. Again Stubhub always have a worry, but you always come through. Harry Styles tour 2 again was epic.
I bought two tickets through StubHub. I paid a total of 656.12 USD. It later turned out that comparable or official tickets purchased directly from the promoter would have cost only 188.58 USD for two people. That means I overpaid by about 467.54 USD.
What was particularly frustrating was that the seats were described on StubHub as “Amazing - 10/10” However, once there, the view was anything but special: it was obstructed by people’s heads and service traffic moving through the aisles. For a gift intended for a special occasion, this was extremely disappointing.
Even worse was the time and effort it took afterward. I had to do my own research, compare prices, gather documentation, and handle the complaint myself. StubHub did not reach out to me proactively or offer a truly customer-focused solution. Instead of support, I was left with a lot of hassle, frustration, and the feeling that I was being left to deal with the problem on my own.
For me, this was a very bad experience: massively overpriced tickets, a misleading representation of the seats, a significant time investment on my part, and no satisfactory support. Based on this experience, I would not recommend StubHub.
Paid for tickets that I never received and you cannot get to talk to anybody regarding a refund. I have had to report this company to the Competition and Markets Authority but I would assume I am wasting my time. Take a look on StubHub complaints on social media, it is off the scale. No more than a scam site.
ordered tickets for An afl game in the Gold Coast. Ticket link was sent with no tickets available to download. Contacted customer service and told link was sent and its not up to them to guarantee tickets and ended the conversation . Do not order you will be dissapointed

I purchased Ball Zone Right tickets for Capital’s Summertime Ball via StubHub. The listing clearly stated Ball Zone Right, which is a specific ticket pit.
However, I was issued Golden Circle Right tickets instead, which is a different and inferior section. This is not what I paid for and represents a clear mismatch between the advertised ticket and what was delivered.
As the tickets were sent last minute. I only discovered the issue at the event, and therefore attended using the tickets provided. After raising this with StubHub, I was refused a refund on the basis that I had already attended.
I do not accept this reasoning. Attendance does not change the fact that the product supplied was not as described. StubHub’s FanProtect Guarantee states tickets will be valid and exactly as purchased, which in this case was not honoured.
In my view, this raises concerns around misrepresentation/mis-selling under UK consumer protection law, as the service delivered did not match the description at point of sale.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, StubHub has refused to refund or meaningfully address the discrepancy.
So the view was a bit restricted, but I could still see everyone pretty well. My seat somehow didn't exist, so I was in my row but took another place. I think that the ticket was a lot overpriced, but at least I saw my BTS live, and I am happy with it.
The transfer went smoothly, so I can recommend StubHub for buying tickets.
