Your company received the products and never paid me for them. I would never send anyone to this company. I emailed many times and was given false information. They still owe me 168.00. I would have given this company more business but they screwed me and others over

As per our agreement, a check was promptly mailed out to you on April 5th via Priority Mail, with tracking number 92055903332000300056204706. However, we understand that the tracking information did not update as expected.

Upon your notification on April 9th regarding the non-receipt of the payment, we took immediate action to rectify the situation. On April 10th, another check was mailed out to you via UPS Second Day Air, with tracking number 1ZGJ84080211511165. Unfortunately, it seems that this check also encountered delivery issues.

Recognizing the urgency of the situation, on April 18th, we expedited a replacement check to you via Priority Mail Express, with tracking number 92701903332000300000495323. We're pleased to confirm that both checks were marked as delivered on April 22nd.

We understand the frustration caused by these delays and want to assure you that your payment was processed and dispatched in a timely manner. Their customer service is superb!!!!

I have been consistently selling supplies with them since 2022 however I recently had an issue. I did not receive my shipping label within 24 hours which is their protocol once you sell your supplies to them on the website. So I contacted customer service right away because I knew something wasn’t right. I received an email right back from the customer service making sure they got my shipping label to me asap so I could get my stuff shipped off that same day! They even checked back and made sure everything worked out! I appreciate working with a company that cares about who they are working with which is why I will continue to sell with them! Customer service is very important to me and when you count on a company with excellent customer service, I plan to stick with them!!

EASY, FAST CASH

Googled how to sell diabetic accessories and equipment and this site had the best reviews and legitimacy rating. It's frustrating that prescribed sensors, strips and other accessories cannot be donated, sold etc in my state and will get thrown away so why not get fast cash for it? Super easy process! Sent adressed and labeled box, put supplies in and went out in my mail same day. Got paid in same week, exactly what was quoted too. I will be using again to declutter my 'diabetes' closet shelf.

I just started going to them and I live on the West coast and my pkgs get to them very quickly and they pay me the same day, if not, then the next day for bigger orders. They respond promptly and professionally. I will continue to go to them.
