Your website said I’d get $75 and then…

Your website said I’d get $75 and then I get a message that you were only going to give me $30 for everything I sent in. I would think that you would already know this and should update your website from deceiving people.

Hi Tara, the $75 estimate applies to standard retail Verio 50ct boxes. The items we received were Verio 50ct DME boxes, which are a different product category and have a different payout.

Our website lists retail and DME versions separately so customers can select the correct item before requesting a kit. Because the items received did not match the item selected, we sent an updated offer based on the actual products received.

If you do not want to accept the revised offer, we’re happy to return the items.

Well their customer service is not good at all and they do not pay you for what you sell them and when you ask about it they just say well we pay you sometime yeah right so do not sell your product to this company

During inspection, we found that some of the items sent in were a different category than what was selected online, so we contacted you with the updated total and gave you the option to either proceed with the revised payment or have those items returned.

You chose to proceed, and the $80 payment was sent. You later confirmed by email: “I got the payment this morning thanks.”

We’re sorry for any frustration, but we do not keep anyone’s products without paying or giving them the option to have items returned.

No longer good

They used to be very quick and efficient but now they're not. My last 2 orders have been very slow to process and I've had to expedite them, currently to little effect. They've had my shipment for 9 days and haven't replied to my 2 inquiries.

I don't know if the site's got new owners or are overwhelmed. Either way, I'll be finding another vendor next time.
