We purchased 2 chairs and 2 x 2 seater lounges some months ago. Over the months we have had several visitors - many of whom have spontaneously remarked on the exceptional comfort. Clearly the chairs... See more

High quality recliners, pricey but long lasting. Had the first set for 20 years with almost daily usage.

Available info led us to believe they are good products.
So far so good.

Rikki at Easyliving was great and honest to deal with and the fact that the products are built in Norway as we appreciate you get what you pay for. Our Recliners are fantastic..

The whole buying experience together with the great chairs was just excellent.

We bought two Stressless recliners. Both were perfectly finished and functioned well. One recliner had a problem with loud squeaking when adjusting positions, so Stressless sent a technician to check, complete with several replacement parts. He was not able to resolve the problem so Stressless immediately offered a replacement, and the new recliner is fine. That is exemplary customer service. We’re happy with our recliners and the service.

We have just taken delivery. So far so good. Looking forward to enjoy the comfort and features

Love the chairs but I’m only 5foot tall and my husband is 5 feet 10 so the medium size was good for me but too small for my husband so we purchased 2 large chairs. I find that my feet don’t touch the floor and I have to seat right back to rest my back and put my feet on the foot rest. The chairs we had before were I M G and were a little bit smaller.
Also found the $150 delivery cost a bit expensive

I wanted to buy a Stressless Recliner many years ago, but at that stage, they were only available in leather, which I don't think is practicable for our climate.
I saw a Berkowitz Furniture advert on TV that raised my curiosity, and found that they could now be ordered in a material covering. I took delivery of my Reno Recliner with Dinamica fabric covering, on the 16/06/26, which was a few weeks earlier than expected.
The Berkowitz people were great to deal with, and I just love the way the Stressless mechanism provides perfect lumber support at any angle of incline. The padding is excellent and the Dinanica fabric is sensational, providing very comfortable seating for an extended TV viewing session, without having to squirm around, or getting an ache in my back.
My only disappointment is that when the chair is reclined, my head is tilted back too far, for TV viewing. I have purchased a head rest cushion, that doesn't look too great , but is doing the job. Overall I am very happy with my purchase, and if the head rest had been adjustable to tilt forward, I would have rated the chair at five stars plus!

Berkowitz were tremendous to deal with, under promised and over delivered. The chair arrived ahead of schedule, and the delivery team was precise and prompt. The Stressless ADAM is simply divine.

Comfortable chairs for large and smaller people. Colour selection wasn’t great if we wanted a quicker delivery, but waiting Four months for a chair wasn’t practical for us.
The quality is very good. The salesperson was knowledgeable, however, he had to go onto the website to give us warranty information.

Sales staff were helpful. The furniture lives up to its reputation for being really comfortable. The delivery people couldn’t have been more helpful making sure we were completely happy with the positioning of the 2 sofas and 2 chairs. It was a long wait between ordering the furniture and the delivery but we were made aware of that before placing the order.

great local retailer in Euphoria , excellent knowledge of the products and attention to customer needs

The Stressless Adam is extremely comfortable and appears well built and sturdy. It is still new so I cannot comment on it's longevity. So far we can definitely say that it was worth the wait as there is no other recliner like it.

Next level furniture. Have had the chairs for a few months now. Expensive but worth it for the quality and the comfort.
