According to my measuring tools it was 1or 2mm bigger than what I ordered. Which wasn’t a big deal but I might be to someone else. Glass arrived promptly and good quality

I ordered my stove glass made to order after the cut-off time on Tuesday. The glass arrived by 11:00 AM on Thursday morning in Northern Ireland, well-packaged and fitted perfectly.

I used the online process to order my log burner glass. But my glass is arched so, as the website stated, I posted a template. I called the office to check that (a) they wouldn’t post the glass before they got the template and (b) they had actually cut it from the template before posting.

From the time of my order to me fitting the glass at home took 5 working days. It was a perfect fit and delivered perfectly and packed appropriately. Good quality glass and cut.

I thought it was a bit pricey but considering the faultless service level, I’m happy and content.
