We have used Alpha Screens and Glass for the replacement and upgrade of a new sliding door, window and security screens back in 2024. As in our prior review, we could not be happier with their product and service. From the initial discussions and quoting to delivery and installation the service from all the staff we dealt with was just fantastic.

The new owner, Matt visited to perform the initial measurements and was a pleasure to meet and gave us some ideas. Tanisha handled the quoting and organised the installatin team and was great to deal with through the entire process. The two installers (who I do not have their names) did a fantasic job. Super nice guys, obtained measurements for some sliding closet doors while they were here, and everything was left clean and tidy.

We could not be happier with the three new windows. The next batch of windows are being ordered and look forward to working with them again to complete the installation of all of the windows.
