Amazing
Amazing, I brought a camping fridge from them on line via Ebay, it was delivered quick and in perfect condition, unfortunately I had a problem with it (totally my fault), they were extremely helpful in messages and then in person at their shop too. I couldn't recommend them any more, I've given them 5 stars but would give more if I could.

Terrible service
I recently bought a Vango air awning from Jacksons, the awning pump failed on our first weekend away. The trip ruined due to a faulty pump. Trying to inflate an awning in the rain was memorable, for all the wrong reasons. We cancelled our stay and returned a day early. Not happy I complained to Jacksons expecting some form of recompense for a diastious weekend and a 7 hour round trip. The offered a replacement pump and an apology...Full Stop. Not good enough.

Window & Blind 700 x 280
The window itself is great, very good quality and easy enough to fit. 700 x 280 great size. Delivery was quick and problem free.
The window blind however is awful!! It is huge, nothing lines up with the window (screws and frame) it is big and bulky and not even the same shape as the window. Had I known, I would have just ordered the window elsewhere and saved myself £70.

We’re sorry the blind fell short for you. The blind assemblies on these models are designed as a larger internal frame system rather than matching the outer window shape directly, though we understand this wasn’t what you may have been expecting. We do already show the blind in the listing photos, but we’ll see what we can do to better demonstrate the proportions and overall appearance.
