Wonderful staff and experience
Wonderful staff and experience. Not a chore at all. We welcome the storage space whilst we go through some changes at home and treat it like an extra room that we can go to at anytime to get things if needed.

Tricia and Hosnia - the Storage Princesses
Tricia and Hosnia in Narre Warren gave us phenomenal service. We had organised by phone to rent a shed in a few weeks time, but our delivery was suddenly only an hour away (without notice), It was mid-afternoon on a Friday and we live 4 hours away in rural Vic. Thankfully all it took was a phone call and everything was organised for us - a shed, a lock and keys, insurance, paperwork - our delivery was accepted and stored, and we even received a call to tell us we could stop panicking and have a decent night's sleep. When we finally arrived days later, Tricia was manoeuvring a forklift and when she climbed down we were greeted by a very tall woman with a huge smile. She gave us a tour and we are so impressed with the excellent facilities, the brilliant security and the cleanliness of the storage units. Most of all we are thankful for the caring service provided by Tricia and Hosnia who truly understood our predicament and did everything they could to assist us. Thanks so much Storage Princesses!
