Staff are great and easy to deal with

Very helpful team who made applying for, obtaining, and moving into a storage unit very easy and hassle free. Storage King Narre Warren is highly recommended

Joel has always been very helpful at the narre warren store … I have had storage for 2 years on and off …

I recently signed up with Storage King and the local staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure my experience and use of the services was fault free and it was great.
That however is where my positive experience ended. When completing the initial forms I explicitly stated that I DID NOT WANT TO RECEIVE ANY UNSOLICITED MAIL. Given this day and age when every man and his dog uses email addresses and phone numbers to spam others with unwanted junk this is a sore point for me and privacy is PARAMOUNT! I was assured by the staff that that I would not receive any unwanted communiques. It was short time after this I received an email advising that biometrics were being taken to “ensure security”. I wasn’t impressed but accepted it at least until I cease using the service. Next, I received an email from Storage King requesting a “Tell us what you think” of our services. As explained, I did NOT want to receive further spam and while I could have responded adversely, I chose not to. Next, I receive and email from the website “TRUSTPILOT” requesting a “We would love to hear your feedback” which means that my personal details (even if only an email address) has been passed on to a third party WITHOUT MY CONSENT! How ironic that the website “TRUSTPILOT” has forwarded this email as it contravenes ANY trust I had Storage King. I preferred not to respond because I don’t like spam but as the request has been forwarded to a service without even asking I believe I am justified in posting my “experience” for all to see in a public forum. Maybe one day Storage King services will take their customers requests seriously and LISTEN to customer’s request and act appropriately. Needless to say, my ongoing use of their facility will be short lived and not because of their incredible staff, it will be because of their processes, lack of respect and privacy. I am rating them as 2 Stars and they only get that rating due to their staff. If it wasn’t for them it would be 1 Star.

Great team at Narre Warren, clean facility, easy access, easy payment system and truck available at no cost for the initial transport and then available at low cost thereafter

The facility is well maintained and the staff are very attentive and supportive .

The Team at Storage King Narre Warren understand the amount of work, time and most of all how emotional it can be to pack all of your belongings up ready for the next exciting stage of life.

The manager at the Narre Warren store was incredible, so helpful, explained everything I needed to know and answered all questions straight away ( fantastic knowledge of the service they offer). Storage King also has a concierge service to help you contact interstate moving agents, that was a such a great service, taking all the pressure off that part of the move. The quote given by the interstate movers was and the service they offer is first rate.
