The ladies (Staff) are so very helpful and always willing to help. Place is always clean.

The only thing that needed some improvement was the system did not auto calculate the one free month and was sent a invoice. Thank you to the staff for fixing the mistake.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the storage unit is very clean. There is equipment on site to help get boxes into the unit. I store all my clients' furniture so that it is ready for when they want to have it delivered. I would definitely recommend them for any homebased business that needs to store goods.

Tricia was extremely helpful; walking me through every step and explaining how it all works. There was another young lady there on the weekend - she, too, was most helpful, warm and welcoming. The facility is under cover which is great, particularly if there's a possibility of being there for a couple or a few months!
