Delivered on time as promised! Excellent quality furniture as always!

Four bits of my cupboard were damaged one email and it was replaced no problem their customer service is next to none. The cupboard is excellent I am very happy with it, it is my fourth piece furniture from them and it won't be my last.

Delivered within the time frame give and well packed. Easy to put together not overlay impressed with the paper instructions, but went to the website and found them there and they were very thorough. Very happy with my purchase. Saving to get another one.

Your storage units are great, but Fedex delivery service let you down, hence the four stars. The delivery was part delivered and when I checked when the rest was being delivered it said it would be updated. It arrived when I was out and was left by my door. A note was left to say sorry they missed me, with nothing ticked. I have a Ring doorbell. Luckily my neighbour saw the two boxes and took them in his house.

These unit are brilliant,but if this was my first purchase from your company, I would not be buying from you again, due to delivery. Fedex say you must be in for the delivery and sign for it, but in this case the second part of the unit arrived the day after when I was out visiting my sick brother.

Lovely piece of furniture, stores everything in one place for all my sewing projects. Great service.

They answered their phone enquiries in good time, they were very clear about the products on the phone and time scales. Delivery was on the day arranged and within the time frame specified in their text. The delivery driver was very pleasant and cheerful and moved everything into the hallway with care. All the items were very well packaged to prevent damaged and clearly labelled. The instructions were very clear and my husband was able to follow them and assembled my unit in an afternoon. The only mistake was when we put the inner divider in back to front, we should have counted the shelf holes so they matched the side units. Easily and quickly rectified. It is a very solid piece of furniture and is being well used already. I am so pleased I bought it.

So friendly quick and efficient. All packaging taken away. Would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family, etc.

I bought the Knightshayes 3 unit and I'm delighted with it. I assembled it myself with help only in the sections where 2 people are needed, when my husband helped me lift the heavy parts. Its beautifully engineered, everything fits properly.
