Delivery was good.
When putting it together, there were a couple of bolts that were different than in instructions, also slightly shorter.
When screwing in the bolts the laminate kept splitting around the screw hole .
Unit works well

hello, I was in desperate need of some new storage as had craft stuff all over my sitting room which is also my craft space, I bought a Knightshaye unit over six years ago and that was supposed to be the answer to all my crafty requirements!!! so was very happy when I happen to come across the Exford unit, so smart and ideal, opted for self build this time and when all the boxes etc arrived I thought oh no! but my husband and nephew did a wonderful job in building it.

Great customer service, I asked if they could hold my delivery for an extra week and they did. The storage unit was easy to build with easy to read instructions. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for craft storage

Very sturdy product. Perfect for my needs. Looks good. Assembly seemed daunting but in the event was easy to do. Queries were addressed promptly.
