With the customer is always right attitude , my initial concern was soon resolved . I purchased Nike JA3 , the pricing was the best . Extremely low processing fees , they use the DHL Express delivery system . The DHL app provides all package movements , my package flowed through the system like a hot knife through butter . I received critical information as my package moved through customs , i was stunned when the Updated DHL app showed the movements of the delivery driver . Up until delivery . The box was in amazing condition , the sneakers had the StockX badge attached . Which provided the comfort that the product had been Verified ! StockX verification is extremely important . Overall - incredible performance by the Incredible STOCKX !!

One thing people go to StockX for and they fail!
Specialise in rare collectors items and the verification of said items, I ordered a Fuggler TMNT Raphael which was on auto buy, it was £135 and limited edition.
They auto bought the standard TMNT fuggler Raphael which I can get on eBay for £35.
I’ve contacted them and told them I suffer with complex PTSD and anxiety and don’t leave the house if I can help it, so struggle to return item (correct their mistake).
I’ve had to explain the circumstances to 4 different people as you don’t get one customer resolution advisor per issue raised, their customer service is all over the place, I’m sick of explaining again and again to different people about my circumstances.
StockX clearly haven’t build their business foundation on the rules of 1. Look after your customers and keep them returning.
I get a bad vibe from these people that their company is manic, unorganised and is disarray.
I had a business where I’ve paid out of my own pocket in the past to prioritise the customers needs over the want to make money - this is what companies should be built on.
I won’t shop with StockX again!

I ordered shoes from their website. I paid with Bancontact, and after paying I got an error that said something was wrong with the merchant name. I was charged and didn’t get a mail or order number. I just paid €213,13 for nothing. I want my money back.

This company specializes in taking your money, nice and easy but when they screw up, it’s extremely hard to get your money back! I ordered some Jordans that had lights in the tongues. When they arrived at my house, one of the lights was on and nearly dead. There’s no way to change the batteries in the sneakers so I opted to return them. When I tried to return them, they asked for a ton of pictures and then questioned the quality of my pictures. If I didn’t have somebody around me with a newer iPhone, I don’t think I would’ve been able to return them. The box was mangled and torn all up as well. I asked them if I can return them and they supply me with a shipping label and I let them know I didn’t have a printer. They assured me that UPS would print it out for me and everything would be free. Well surprise! It cost money! Why should the customer eat those charges? Majority of Americans do not own printers! Luckily, before I sent it back, I took several videos documenting how bad the shoes were, But I still have a feeling they’re gonna try to find a way to screw me! Stay away from this company and look for other options. This place was the first one around like it’s kind, but it definitely isn’t the best anymore!

I posted earlier. Never received the sneakers I ordered. They asked me to contact FedEx which I did and I never heard back. They asked me to file a dispute with Stock X which I did. Have never heard back.

Normally okay!! But shocking this time around!!! Took four days before they even attempted to verify my purchase and funny enough on the fourth day I sent an email and with in four hours the item was verified (really) your fees are way to high and to wait 11 days from purchase to delivery is poor!!!
