I would have gave no stars if that was an option. Worst experience ever and I will never use stock x again. Shoes were delivered to the wrong address by UPS! I filed a claim with stock x. I was told it will take 3 business days to review the claim. On the 5th business day they told me the claim was denied because the package was delivered by the shipping company. You can clearly see on the picture that it wasn’t at the correct address and was sent to the main house. I stay in the back unit and that was marked on the address section when I ordered my shoes. Since it was placed in the front of the main house where it was clearly visible the package was stolen. If it would have been delivered to the correct address in the back like I instructed them to do then I would have my shoes. Stock x offered no more help and basically told me to go f*** myself and I’m now out of $350
