Great little tower . Perfect for my granddaughter

Assembled easily.
Child too young to use, but I’m sure it’ll be perfect.

I bought a baby tower 2 weeks ago. I’ve been trying to return it by contacting customer service as no return slips added to package. No reply’s from CS

In response to step up baby’s reply below… we are now 15 days into me contacting your team repeatedly and not hearing back. How are customer meant to get a refund ? This is daylight robbery they have zero staff answering your emails and when a person does you never hear from them again.

The step up tower is really good! Our 2 year old loves it and has been enjoying using it to help high cooking! It's such a great idea! He loves climbing onto it too.

The item arrived damaged and customer service is not replying. Very disappointed.

Good quality. Chose it because it’s one of the only kitchen helpers that actually fits under the kitchen bench out of the way.

Can’t fully review the product as I have not received it.
I emailed the company and they said due to customs it may be delayed, but this isn’t specified on the website.
The delivery company is now returning it to sender now for some reason, so I’ve requested a refund, we’ll see if that will happen or not.
I have emails gone unanswered.
If you are ordering from Ireland I would recommend saving yourself the heart ache and order elsewhere

The ordering, delivery and usage processes were fantastic! My little climber LOVES the step and is up and down like a yoyo! I am so much more at ease with her climbing this rather than the step we previously had because of the bars and the structure of this product! One happy mummy and a happier mountain goat!

Ordered and it was delivered the next day. Easy to put together and perfect for my 2 year old to get involved in the kitchen.

Absolutely perfect order - next day delivery, easy setup and the tower itself is fabulous. Stable and the perfect height for my 22-month-old grandson to play at the counter. He's already trying to drag it over to the sink when he comes over! ;)

Really great step up for my 18 month old! Easy to assemble, but had to work out how to do it without instructions as they didn’t come with the box. However there is a video on their website to follow so that helped.

Delivered on time as expected. Good communication from the company. Size was accurately described and it was easy to construct. Very useful for our toddler grandson who also approves the product.

Fast delivery. Great product which was easy to assemble and is high quality. Smooth feet mean it doesn't damage the floor, and it's already a real favourite for our 2 year old.
