Week long tour idea incl bocelli concert is a great opportunity to see tuscany and enjoy a great concert experience. Just thought some little things and more info needed. Booking was fine. Hotel was basic enough. Some part of group got a hotel with a pool which would have been nice. Tour guide Gabriella great very nice and helpful. Bus not great standard we were in smaller bus rest of group in coach. Lot of walking not really clearly advised by stein travel eg steps in siena just for less abled or older people. Walk to concert should be explained more in terms of gradient of hills again for those less able and distance. We didnt get an option to upgrade seats at concertbothers did? Would have been nice to have a Stein travel rep to touch base with during the week. Overall lovely week just needs a little more info and clarity.

It was an amazing trip to see Andrea Bocelli in his 30th anniversary concert, also day trips,Florence was fabulous, only draw back was no swimming pool in hotel it was 38 degrees and the room had no kettle and the bar did not open till 5pm so no coffee or drinks during the day. I asked for the use of an iron to be told they were not insured to offer an iron but they could sent my clothes out to be pressed but the prices were very expensive. It was a trip of a lifetime but next visit to ltaly hotel must have a pool, we found a hotel that let us use there pool with lunch and drinks for 25 euros which was a find.

Fabulous trip… organised trips to Siena and Florence, guides were great … hotel was lovely, being typical Irish would have been great to have tea/coffee making facilities… air conditioning great and service in hotel brilliant… unfortunately for me I lost my footing getting into the pool and hurt my back … small fracture to coccyx and I missed out on going to the concert… I did inform the reception staff and Jay (Stein travel representative) all of whom were sympathetic and supportive… I did suggest to the hotel hand railings around steps going into the pool however they said the pool is “Roman bath” style and therefore no hand railings … so disappointed I didn’t get to see Bocilli however the trip and organizing of trip by Stein Travel was excellent… my friends and I totally enjoyed it

The most amazing trip to Maastricht!!
Beautiful City and the amazing concert to round it off - superb

All went well until day of departure - 6 people were left/forgot at hotel “the Crowne plaza” This incident was not noticed until we reached Hotel Apple Park. I, among others feel your representative should have been at Crowne Plaza to ensure everyone boarded the coach. We had to travel back to hotel to pick up the 6 passengers- this of course added to our already long journey.

The rep in Maastricht was terrible, no communication, for the price i expected much better from Stein
i have used Stein travel in the past and had an excellent experience but this trip was much too expensive for the package provided

The trip went to plan. Hotel ok and shuttle service ok

Well organised trip to Maastricht for Andre Rieu concert and despite aer lingus strike Stein Travel came up trumps to make sure we all got home promptly...and there was a big group of us to look after.
Excellent communication from the company keeping us informed of what was happening all the way along. Will definitely use Stein Travel again.

From first contact to being so well treated on the trip all our dealings were friendly and efficient, even with Aer Lingus strike looming all our needs were looked after.

Really enjoyed our trip with stein travel from landing in the airport in brussells our rep was there to meet us ger who was lovely and helpful the hotel was great clean and friendly everything was arranged for us pick up s and drops to the concert

Everything was really well organised. Our rep Ger was extremely helpful and looked after everyone. The concert was amazing and our seats could not have been better. Would totally recommend Stein travel for booking concerts.

Our experience with Stein Travel was perfect from start to finish. We would normally book trips ourselves but for our honeymoon trip we wanted to consult with an expert. We dealt with Seán and he created a fantastic itinerary for us and really took on board our preferences. He was always responsive and wanted to ensure we were happy with everything before confirming. His passion for and knowledge of our trip were top notch and we felt in really safe hands throughout the experience.

Great holiday organised by Stein Travel. Everything was seamless, from booking to return - flights, transfers and hotels. A couple of glitches along the way were quickly sorted by the office. No hesitation in recommending Stein.
