they make you pay for every single thing you do, they send you threatening emails to make you pay quickly and if you check online they ask for X5 the honest price to pay for the same services

Everything was smooth and their platform is intuitive.

It was super easy to set up LLC even as foreign residence. Satisfied with customer service too.

They do what they promise, but dont expect this will be cheap. They charge fees for everything, once every three months you will have to pay 500 USD on fees (not even taxes) or, they say, you are a criminal and the US authorities will chase you. When I wanted to close my LLC they asked me for MORE fees, even for signatures up to 200 USD, even after my LLC was closed. Just pay a trip to the United States and open an LLC yourself, avoid the troubles.

All good, but the communication is not quite efficient

I use Start Global to create an LLC in the US from Canada. They were very helpful and they filed everything in a timely matter. Was also able to create a bank account through a 3rd party. Would definitely recommend using Start Global.

Startglobal has exhibited a pattern of behavior that is simply unacceptable. Not only do they push clients in a direction where mistakes are made and fines are imposed, but they also seem entirely indifferent to the consequences of their actions.

One of the most concerning incidents I have experienced is signing a contract with Startglobal, only to discover that they wanted to set up the contract again at the last minute. Subsequently, I was told to sign the new contract, but the landing page where I had to sign it was blank, making it practically impossible to comply with their demands. ( ! DAY BEFORE I WOULD GET FINED)

It's evident that Startglobal has no respect for the rights or well-being of their clients. They seem more inclined to financially and emotionally harm their clients than to actually assist them. The lack of communication and transparency is shocking, and it appears they are actively trying to deceive their clients.

I encourage anyone who has had similar experiences with Startglobal to join me in my fight against this company. Together, we can ensure that justice is served and that Startglobal is held accountable for their actions.

In summary, I strongly advise against using the services of Startglobal. Their unreliable and harmful behavior is a threat to anyone who engages with them, and it is vital to warn others about this.

I would like to caution others about StartGlobal due to an unsatisfactory experience related to the creation and management of my LLC. The fees charged by this company are significantly high. For instance, they charge $247 for the annual report, whereas doing it yourself would only cost $60. They require substantial payments even if your LLC does not generate any revenue.
