I paid for my federal tax filing last year, only to later discover that it was never submitted.
Despite sending multiple emails, I have received no response or clarification.
This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable when dealing with critical compliance matters. Proceed with caution.

They were extremely efficient in helping us setting up our LLC as non-resident. We filled the state filling on 28/10/2025 and got everything ready (including EIN, Bank) as of 11/11/2025. Amazing.
Moreover, they are very clear on all the additional functions that are available for us. Very fast and thoughtful response from the customer support team on those options and even alternative option if we decide to do it ourselves. Very appriciate and highly recommended.
