I’ve been using Star Parking for the last 2 years and they have consistently maintained a high standard of customer service. They are always very punctual which makes the arrival and departure of the airport seamless. The staff are always polite and my cars have always been looked after without the worry of excess mileage being put on the car (unlike some other companies I have used at LHR). On occasions when I have had long delays on my return to LHR the Star team have been very accommodating and extended my parking without issue making the sometimes stressful times less so. I would thoroughly recommend Star Parking to anyone travelling in and out of LHR.

Reza meet and greet customer service was outstanding. I was well received and given assurance about my car's safety. He made sure he understood when my flight will be returning so as to know when I will be met at terminal 5.

Always on time, always reliable at Heathrow, rarely have to wait longer than 5 minutes after picking up bags..

Very poor service. They took an excessive amount of time to make an appearance at Heathrow to collect our car, approximately 50 minutes from when I called them to notify them of my arrival and that was only after chasing them up a number of times.

Parking at the short stay car park was very chaotic.

Be warned they hit you with the car parking fee for the short stay car park when you arrive and when you depart which is not advertised anywhere when you book.

When I returned they took a ridiculous amount of time to answer the phone when I called to notify them of my arrival. It took them a lot longer than the 15-20 minutes they said it would take them to turn up.

I would not use star meet and greet again and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

First time using Star Parking and was a little bit worried, but I had no need to be. I picked them because they were less than half the cost of Official Heathrow Parking and much cheaper than Maple / Holiday Extras, all of which I've used in the past.

I had no problems and the service was exactly what you'd want it to be. I let them know my arrival and pick up times, called 20 minutes before getting to the car park and they were there to meet me.

On drop off they called me when they were there, which was literally as I was driving into the car park, so it was very easy to find them. On pick up, I called them 20 mins out and went to the pick up point and they called me when they arrived, again it timed out just right.

Have already booked again

Waited an hour for my car to be dropped off despite Star Parking originally telling me 20 minutes max. No apology no communication avoid at all costs

We did meet and greet at Heathrow , can’t fault them at all, fairly quick to collect the car and super quick to bring to us on return , no damage or signs car had been used . Recommended

Star parking made a very stressful time extremely easy! Having a total tyre blow-out on the way into Heathrow, I had to leave the car in the short term parking, with no way of it being moved. The Star parking staff member, Reza, arranged for the wheel to be changed (my car has no spare), so the car could be fixed at a local garage. I cannot thank them enough!

My family had booked parking with Star and had a good holiday. Last day...about to travel back when the airline cancelled our flight back to Heathrow where our 3 cars were parked with Star. All the airline could offer us was a flight back to Gatwick and arriving near midnight without a way to get back to Heathrow!!

I contacted Star parking, and talk about stepping up to the plate and going above and beyond - Rez sorted out a transfer with one of their drivers, Kan, who took us to our cars at Heathrow. Both of them were fantastic. This is true customer service, and my hats off you all at Star. Thank you Rez and Kan.

Have been travelling up and down the country for work for the last 6 months, and have built up a fantastic working relationship with Star Parking. They take the stress out of parking at Heathrow, and have consistently kept up great communication and have taken great care of our various company vehicles we have left with them. Highly recommend them and will continue to use them for the foreseeable.

We just parked our car with Star Parking in Heathrow for a week and it was excellent service. Great communication, met us with ease even when we had flight delays. Will definitely use them again.

Days after we parked with Star parking we received a penalty parking notice from "Parkmaven" covering Holiday Inn Heathrow. I tried contacting Star parking on 5 separate occasions before I was able to reach someone who said the PCN was in error and would be cancelled. I asked for proof it had been cancelled but nothing was forthcoming. Wont use them again

We got a great price from a company with a great reputation (They are on BA website as a partner).
We had a medical issue on holiday, but they promptly answered my questions via WhatsApp and arranged to keep my car for an extra 4 days.
Fantastic service. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Very simple service to use and great customer support. Had some difficulties with the recent power outage at Heathrow but they were very helpful in keeping my car stored and brought to the terminal when I finally arrived

Used star parking recently which also happened to be at the time of the Heathrow fire.
Flew in and out of different terminals which was handled well with messages from star parking. Would use again and will be doing.

Driver was punctual so did not have to wait on departure as well as on arrival, and communication was amazing too.
