Great service for the eye exam and wonderful staff at my local store, but selection in lens options was a bit limited as I needed special tint for photophobia (had to order elsewhere online). Otherwise a great experience
it took 3 hours for my appointment… i wasn’t even seen until about 45 min after my appointment time. paid $700 for contacts and glasses which is ridiculous, an didn’t even get same day service. Waited a week, the contacts weren’t even the right ones and they only had one pair of glasses ready, so i had to go back another day to get my other pair… it was just a long, unorganized mess!!!
They listened to what I wanted for my new glasses. Picked them up yesterday, they're perfect.
Everyone in the store were helpful and very friendly. But I'm on my second pair of glasses and I still can't see the way I should.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I was not impressed with the virtual eye exam!
My husband and I spent 3.5 hours in the store from check in to leaving the store. The ladies in the store were amazing and did a good job of assisting everyone who came in. They were able to get us 1 pair of glasses made in store before we left and sent off our other pair to get made. The lady that was checking people in went above and beyond to help my husband find a pair he liked. She was great to work with. The other lady that was checking us out and ordering our glasses was okay. We didn’t like that we spent the majority of our Sunday trying to get our glasses, even with an appointment and staying after the store closed.

Simply, I won't be coming back. People were nice, but the prices weren't as low as expected (after adding on lens coatings, etc), and I had many delays with my progressive lens. Remote eye exam process was inaccurate (lens had to be remade), and other delays.

Y’all sent me a message saying my glasses were ready. I’ll go into the store. The girls can’t even find them. I sit there for an hour and a half. They finally found them and then they had to put my lenses in and told me it was already supposed to be done. Not cool.

They were all very friendly and the dr took her time in checking my eyes. My glasses came in earlier than the said. I will be going back for my next exam and glasses
The people and service was fine once they had time for me. The lady behind the computer admitted in conversation that they "triple triple booked every hour." I wasn't expecting to spend my whole day waiting for 30 minutes of work along with 40 other people. That was horrible. I had to cancel three other engagements and grocery shopping. We live more than an hour away. I will never do it again...there. I am not one for complaining and I believe that I have acquired a great deal of patience throughout my years. If you are going to ask I'm gonna tell you the truth. Honestly, I don't know why you even ask bc Any! bad feedback is going to be discarded so you don't lose money. I guarantee you if anyone does read this that person will give a little chuckle hit delete, disregard and maybe whisper a sorry about your bad luck guy. Just like that it's another 100 people unknowingly giving up their plans for the day. Greed ( for stealing people's time and not being able to turn away business when fully booked all bc of Money!) There is no love in that. People need more Jesus for sure. Its sad when no matter what you do or where you go people's hearts are just ugly. Like I said, the staff was great when they finally called your name but your business is unloving and ugly.
