Overall it was a wonderful experience

Overall it was a wonderful experience. Most of the staff was helpful and nice. My glasses were ready before the 10 days. The only hiccup was we changed an appointment to an early one and had to wait til the original appointment time. But to be fair it was a very busy day and they were short on staff. But I'm happy with my purchase and will be back again. Thank you Stanton Staff.

Everyone in the shop was fantastic

Everyone in the shop was fantastic. Very helpful, friendly, and a total 5-star experience. It was odd doing the virtual part. I have never done that before and found it challenging. But it all worked out.

I had an eye exam

I had an eye exam. The technician escorted me in the room where I was introduced to a virtual technician, not a doctor. At no time was I told that the system had changed and I would no longer see or be able to speak to a doctor. After the exam, I was told to wait outside. No results were given to me nor was there a discussion of exam outcomes. I was then told to go to a station to get checked out. At that time, that technician noticed that my left eye had changed drastically. She told me that it was at a negative and before it was higher however what she was saying I didn’t immediately pick up. I asked her to please speak in lamens terms because I am not an optician! She explained that my left eye was significantly different and I told her that no one told me anything and that had she not “ just so happened “ to notice it upon checkout that I would’ve been unaware. Very unprofessional with poor customer care and service!!!

Do once over picking up product

Service was great. Eye exam was virtual so im not sure how I feel about that. My opinion was not alot of selections to choose from. It seemed like the all the glasses were very similar in shape but different brand, color and material frames. I didn't pick glasses up as my friend did and she didn't check them over had she done that she would have noticed one of the pearls on the left side of glasses was missing. The glasses were 200$ Milan frames. At that point I was just happy to be able to see. Case n point check glasses over before leaving to verify nothing is missing or broken.

I had a wonderful experience here! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly during my exam. I felt like my eye health was genuinely prioritized rather than being rushed through the appointment. Professional, kind, and very thorough—I highly recommend them. It’s rare to find an eye care center that balances expertise with such a personal touch. I won't be going anywhere else for my vision needs

I like when I came in they greeted me quickly promptly. And then with my glasses they worked it out, and it was a smooth transaction, and I think the person that helped me was very nice and very helpful.. Thank you again.
