I received a text message that stated my glasses are in. Only the glasses came in, the sunglasses did not. Immediately upon putting the new glasses on my vision was very blurry and was not corrected as I expected. The technician told me to wear them for a while and let my eyes adjust. Then the technician did very little to ensure the glasses fit my face correctly. I wore the glasses home and the rest of the evening and my eyes never adjusted. I will be returning my glasses and asking for a full refund. This would be the third time in a row going to Stanton optical where either my wife and or myself had to return glasses to get them corrected.

The eye exam was lousy. The new glasses are worse than my old glasses. The fitting was rushed and the glasses sit noticably crooked on my face. I was never told that the "deal" only covered a limited field of vision. I would have paid more for real glasses if someone had mentioned that. The employee that took my information on arrival didn't tell the employee setting me up for the exam that I was there and I sat waiting unnoticed until the next appointment showed up. The employee then blamed me for not sitting in a chair visible from the other end of the store and made me wait until after the person that had just arrived was done. The worst part is that the glasses are unusable and I feel cheated out of what I paid.

Did not like the telecommunication exam and the prices were so high
Customer service was timely and friendly. Any inquiries about options were explained and pricing was revealed. Discounts were made available.
I will say the staff were all very nice, but I would have liked to have been informed before the appointment that it was going to be virtual, felt rushed, and not personable.
Plus the music that was playing were had lyrics using the n word and saying p****, I had my 2 young children with me.
I will never do business here again.

The whole experience was horrible from the customer service to the products, all of the advertising and about deals on eyewear and none of that was true. I paid over $500.00 dollars for one pair of glasses and 1 pair of contacts, then the product didn't come in at the same time my glasses didn't fit properly, the contacts didn't even come in a case or have solution. It was a mess, I won't be back!
They’re overpriced. I tried to get a refund for my glasses which is 600. I had 400 on my anthem card. They would not cancel the order because I couldn’t afford to pay the other 200 for my glasses. My glasses are still sitting at at Stanton. I’ve could’ve gotten one pair using my anthem rewards card. I did not like the manager. She was all Huffy and none negotiable. Saying since I had a balance due, they couldn’t cancel my order. I will never shop there again. I tell all my friends not to come.

Everyone at the facility was extremely helpful in ensuring I got the most bang for my buck. I appreciate everyone for explaining everything up front so there were no surprises when it came time to pay.
