Product was delivered on schedule and as expected
This is the second time I've tried them. The experience was the same. This time, my chosen frame was apparently broken during them putting in the lenses, it was the last one they had in stock. No one called to inform me, I had to call and find out. Then I had to pick out another frame and wait another several weeks for me to receive my glasses only to not be able to see correctly!! I am not sure if the prescription is incorrect or the lenses but after all the time and money, I'm using my old glasses that I ordered through an online company. I won't be giving Stanton another try. The only reason I'm ok giving them a 2 star is because Veronica at the Medford location was apologetic and helpful, otherwise I would give it a 1, only because a 0 star wasn't an option.

I own my own business and had to reschedule some clients. She was understanding and got me in and out pretty fast. She also made me me a temporary pair until mine came in.

I had made the commit that I really like the glasses I had but they didn’t have another pair. She searched and found me a pair. She also made me a temporary pair until mine came in. I purchased three pairs and a pair of sunglasses plus the exam for under 500.00
When my glasses had come in however it was kind of annoying, I received two phone calls, 4 text messages and two emails all within a few hours. Would have given five stars if it wasn’t for this.

,homework. Do your homework check everywhere, I didn't and had to wait for my glasses, and only one pair came still waiting for the second.

Received the wrong glasses. They were readers not my prescription. When I explained that they were not the correct glasses I was told to put them on in the morning and I would get use to them. I pointed out that these were readers (obvious because the lenses were quite thick). The lady in the lab coat looked at them and then reviewed the order. She realized the glasses were wrong and reordered the correct glasses. I waited and additional two weeks to pick up the correct ones. Attitude towards customers are a big concern when problems arise. Demanding that I take the wrong prescription glasses home and get use to them and refuse to listen to the customer when a problem occurs. I was taken aback by the rudeness and dismissive attitude that I was wrong and didn’t know what I was talking about.
The prescription was perfect and I did not need any adjustments, which is not always the case for me.

It didn't happen immediately but I wasn't going back to have them do anything because it didn't seem like they knew too much the only thing that they did was do the exam and had to wait two weeks for my glasses and they never published anything about not having your glasses that day or anything like that they had false advertising.
