I want to say that this store staff Veronica and Ry are five star
I want to say that this store is fabulous. I started coming here a few years back and I did not like the management and some of the staff.
But the current staff is amazing. Ry picked out five frames for me and I loved all of them. It was a hard choice but I bought two. She also recommended the blended by/trifocals and I thought it would be hard to get used to, but I love my glasses now.
Veronica is a huge asset to the Medford store. She's always pleasant always dressed to the nines a pleasant, lovely woman who get stuff done. As long as the staff is as pleasant as this current staff, I will come back every eyeglasses visit. I even brought my mom & daughter and they purchases there too. Veronica is a definite keeper, a huge asset to Stanton.

Excellent Customer Service
Veronica had excellent customer service both of the times I was in there. She was patient, professional and handled the abrupt amount of walk-ins like a champ... It was a busy Saturday afternoon and all of the staff really did their best to keep on schedule and serve all of the unexpected patrons with a smile! I appreciate the flexibility and last minute availability that is offered at this location. And for as many people as they serve there, they still seem to remember you when you come back!! :)

It's been five days with no followup so…
It's been five days with no followup so I'll go ahead and leave a public review. Where to start?
1. The person that helped during my visit was all but helpful. Bad attitude from the minute I walked in
2. Rushed the exam. Rolled her eyes, scoffed, got huffy every single time I said the prescription didn't seem right when she kept trying to end the exam and call it "as close as we can get". - I couldn't read any line on the chart at all without squinting when we were done.
3. When it came time to pick up my glasses, she handed them to me and told me to have a nice day but don't wear the glasses until the next day. Next day comes, I put them on. They're worse than my old glasses by far.
4. Contacted the store and got the same person. She said I just need time to adjust, I told her there's no way they're right. I can't read a computer monitor at work. I can't read road signs. The glasses are unusable. I'm told "I'm not sure what you want me to do. That's your prescription."
Edit: It has now been one month since I got my glasses that are unusable. I have been contacted by the store two times with resolution offered. Stanton optical is a joke. Do not give them your money. Do not waste your time. Go literally anywhere else.
