The man performing my vision test would…
The man performing my vision test would stop to check his phone, often in the middle of him explaining something to me. He also tried to over sell me contacts to make my bill $400. Eventually, we got it down to $200 which was still too much when I came in for a simple contact vision test.

Excellent Staff
My experience was great because of the staff- particularly Jeff who made sure both my frames fit me properly and did his best to make sure my thick lenses looked nice in the frames I selected. He did an excellent job, and everyone else I came into contact with at the store (which was pretty much everyone; they were very attentive and helpful) was amazing as well!!

Great selection, service and price!
I just dropped by Stanton on Chapman Hwy in Knoxville to look at frames for my new prescription since I was driving by, but didn’t expect to purchase anything there. With the excellent help of Jeffrey the sales manager, I chose two frames, which ended up costing less than the one pair I had bought previously elsewhere and that broke in just a year and a half. I’m very pleased with my new glasses, and Jeffrey made sure to measure carefully and set up my bifocal prescription so I can see much better than I could with my old glasses. He even convinced me to order a red frame, and I’ve already received several compliments on them! He was so well informed and helpful. I really appreciate Jeffrey and the rest of the staff. The next time I need glasses or contacts, I’ll check with him first! Thanks!

Everybody there greeted us as we came in the door took their time to explain everything and it went really fast they were the most friendliest people I've ever met in a business. it was just amazing. Got us in and out very quickly.. I would highly recommend this eye office .. thanks again for being so patient and explaining everything and so friendly. it was also very clean good job to the team.. the office was on Chapman highway in Sevierville Tennessee
