very very incompetent
went into get a new script for my sunglasses with frames i already had from stanton in IN. that order did not comply with the chosen tint/color, sent back. that initial order was 2 weeks. notified that they were ready again after another 2 weeks, the lenses were cut to small and did not fit the frame. another 2 weeks went by-notified that a 'script' was ready- but it was for a purchase i had already made for 'floaters'. another 2 weeks goes by and now the lense are ready- FINALLY! staff itself need replaced- all they conversed was how inept everyone else is in this store. ya all need a store in sevierville TN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great place for eyecare
Great place for eyecare. Used to go "down the street" to another eyecare, they were super expensive, even after insurance. Stanton is honest and up front, great eye care specialists and an enormous selection of frames.
