Excellent Staff Management Tool!
Staff savvy has been a fantastically worthwhile investment for the SU. Having previously used a myriad of paper forms, diaries and google sheets, Staff Savvy has taken a huge amount of admin workload off the team and made running rotas a breeze.
The functionality available does everything we could require of it and more, including linking mandatory training to staff roles ensuring the correct staff with the right training and knowledge are always on rota to efficiently run the outlet.
Hands down the best and most effective change we've made over the last 5 years!

A game changer for our organisation. Looking back it is laughable that we managed to run with paper time sheets and rotas for as long as we did.
Staff Savvy has saved us countless hours of admin and problem solving and at the same time has opened up new channels of communication and engagement with our staff through the newsletter and forum functions. Our managers now spend less time in the office and more time managing our venues and leading their teams to deliver a great customer experience.
It has strengthened our GDPR process and helped mitigate many other forms of statutory compliance risk.
One of the best investments a commercial organisation of any size can make.

The demonstration of the system for interested parties are great, really thorough and all questions answered with full knowledge and detail, they are happy to consider creating and updating or amending parts to suit. They have great manuals for the whole system but also for all segments of the system which are really easy to understand.The support team are always helpful and easy to contact and have not failed to answer any questions or solve any problems (which are few and far between with the system). All in all a great system and fantastic support.

StaffSavvy is an invaluable tool for us. It's functionality is second to none. We have very rarely had any issues over the last 3 - 4 years and any that we have encountered have been resolved very promptly.

We've been using Staffsavvy for several years now. A great product the covers all the bases for managing our staff and rotas.
The developer is always willing to improve to meet our changing needs.

At it's very least, StaffSavvy has streamlined a wealth of previously clunky and time-consuming administrative processes. Realising that potential led our organisation to try it just over 2 years ago.

It has since established itself as the the best tool for staff comms, recruitment, training, and the essential platform for getting the most from a large informed workforce.

Brilliant! Andrew at staffsavvy is a saint for all the annoying questions he puts up with - is always quick to respond to queries, very attentive and helpful, much more so than you'd expect for someone who has all the work on their plate that he does!

Staff savvy is a brilliant tool, has saved me hours of work in terms of rota making for 30 staff members, as well as the admin e.g. pay that comes along with it.

The site is very very flexible which is great, only thing I could criticize is that sometimes that flexibility means that there are too many 'options' of how to do things/features, which is definitely a happy problem, but can make the site a bit confusing... Maybe tutorials would help? e.g. the first time you look at a page it sign posts the processes for wages sheets etc?

Saved hours of Admin time, at least 12 hours a week

The StaffSavvy team, especially Andrew, have been amazing. Question and the few issues are dealt with promptly and effectively. Feature requests are almost always added to the development plan. There has been no downtime on the system and the staff buy in has been amazing. Honestly can not fault this system or the staff. The system fits our needs perfectly and would recommend to anyone

Highly recommend StaffSavvy. We've used it for nearly a year now and it does everything we need and more - we have several different departments using the system across multiple sites and it manages to suit everyones different requirements. After the initial set-up the system is easy enough to use that managers of all ages and computer-ability are able to use it. The portal for a regular staff member is brilliant as well, allows staff to see everything about their account, set their availability and swap shifts / take cover shifts. Customer service also great, support always respond quickly and helpfully! Best rota/staff management tool we've come across.

Before starting with Savvy I was new to Time Management systems. I had never had a project in Time & Attendance. My project has been helped by the wonderful service provided by Staff Savvy and the easy of use of the system. Our staff need little support in understanding what they have to do as the system guides them through in a logical manner. Hope I get the chance to use Savvy in another work place. Will definetly be recommending it in future projects that wer reviewing HR/T&A systems. Its a whole package. Wouldn't be so good without Andrew and his team proving the support.
