StaffSavvy is a great HR platform that has helped bring together all elements of HR management for us. The team are super helpful and really personable, and responsive when we need help or advice. Would recommend StaffSavvy if you are still using spreadsheets and paper notes to manage everything HR, it's great at supporting our recruitment, onboarding, personnel files and annual leave.

Great software, and Beth from StaffSavvy has been an excellent source of guidance in helping my team get setup to use. Fully recommend.

StaffSavvy is great for what we use it for, communication and support is excellent and I would recommend it.

StaffSavvy has simplified the BFI Festivals' Volunteer programme significantly. We're able to automatically rota, recruit, onboard, and more.

The StaffSavvy team have also been incredible in getting us up to speed!!

Staff Savvy is a fantastic staff management tool - simple to use, and gives a range of options and methods to manage every aspect, from onboarding, through staff training, to rota and contract management, to payroll. The support team are all friendly and easily contactable, and actively take on board feedback to make improvements to the system based on real user feedback.

Not many suites deliver when trying to do it all, but Staff Savvy makes staff management easy and intuitive - highly recommended.

From the outset, staff savvy has hit the right note. As a large theatre with a reasonable sized team (51 FOH) we have integrated the software wth our venue management sysmtem (artifax) and our staff love it. Whilst we dont use every feature (yet) in time we will but as a staff managment tool, communication option, time management help, it is definately highly recommended. All our staff use the simple app to book time off, manage avialbility, we book any training and auto email the staff the info and then store their certificates.

We hope to introduce the system to the rest of the business in the future. Great stuff

Our organisation implemented Staff Savvy just over a year ago and it's been a great success. The rota system is incredibly flexible and works for our departments regardless of whether they have 2 or 200 staff members. It integrates well with our Sage Payroll System allowing our staff to be paid efficiently without the need for manual timesheets and data entry.

We also use the online recruitment add on which has transformed our hiring process, making it far more efficient. The support offered is fantastic and our feedback is always taken on board. Highly recommended!

We have used Staff Savvy as our HR software system for absence & contract management for just over a year now. The system is flexible to allow us to meet our business needs and very user friendly. The support we have recieved from Staff Savvy in setting this up has been extremely good and they are quick to answer any queries I have and support with utilising the system further.

An excellent system which frees up time for managers to actually manage and operate the business rather the poring over rotas! Written by people from the trade who obviously understand the HR frustrations faced daily.

Fabulous HR software system. We are a relatively small organisation, this helps us keep all of our staff data, holiday, timekeeping, training etc all in one place.

The system has many additional features, such as awards, welfare performance, news alert etc, that has been warmly welcomed by the staffing team.

The software system is very robust and thorough, and training with facilitators is available throughout, so you are never alone in finding your way around the system, someone is always on hand to help.

We have recently acquired the recruitment & selection element of the software and look forward to streamlining this process.

Staff savvy is an excellent timesheet, rota, communication, training and recruitment system. Andrew embraces feedback and suggested improvements are actioned quickly. The excellent customer service has created an excellent system. I would recommend this system to anyone who employs multiple staff in shifts.

We have had a really positive experience with Staff Savvy, from the initial meeting to look at the system everything was clearly explained so we knew what to expect. We have been using the system since February and set up was simple and the step by step guides were very good.
When support has been needed it has always been available and dealt with instantly. Friendly and polite staff and great value for money when we looked at competitors.

We reviewed many systems for staff scheduling and found this to be the best. The system is easy to use, adaptable to fit varied requirements and the team at Staff Savvy give excellent support and are always on hand with advise and eager to assist with changes and enhancements.

We have been using Staff Savvy since last August 2020 and the system has proved invaluable to YUSU in helping us to deliver and administrate HR function within our student union. It has especially helped to save time as well as streamline and make more efficient our onboarding and recruitment processes.

Staff Savvy has revolutionised how we store employee information, from personal data through to training information, and communicating with our employees.
We have been able to completely automate our rota system, control hours staff work and allocate work for a shift.
We have also fully automated paying staff from a paper timesheet system, through to a one click import file, which has saved hours per week.
The recruitment module has also been a very user friendly way to advertise and recruit staff.
Andrew has been a huge help in getting us there and bespoking reports etc...as we have needed, as well as answering all of our many questions!

Excellent response to all ongoing queries, and a genuine pursuit to ensure the system operates as per the needs of our organisation.

We have worked with Staff Savvy for over a year and overall had a great experience.

We now use Staff Savvy for the online rota tool and recruitment applicant tracking system.

The rota tool has enabled us to streamline the creation of rota’s in our outlet and ensure a streamlined payroll process as well. The team at Staff Savvy are always easy to get in touch with and any tickets raised are always dealt with and any bugs are fixed in a timely manner.

We turned on the recruitment module earlier this year and this has been a great advancement in our recruitment practices. This has enabled us to digitise the full recruitment process and have received positive feedback from managers, applicants and the system administrators.

Staff Savvy has a lot of functionality and a lot of flexibility in how you set up the system. This can feel daunting at first but it enables you to tailor the system to your own needs. But it does take time to fully understand the system and how to navigate through all the different pages the system has on offer.

There may be systems that look better visually but staff savvy delivers an efficient rota and recruitment tool that is advancing in its capabilities all the time and at a great price.

The biggest piece of crap that has ever existed. Even excel sheets based rota which is saved on a computer and is not even uploaded to a cloud is a better option.

Tablets keep breaking down. Availability is messed up randomly each week. It assigns breaks whenever it decides.

From day one, StaffSavvy have been a very supportive and capable team, taking the time to either explain or adapt the system for any queries or business needs we have had.

The software is flexible and feature-rich and deals with our diverse staff and contract types with ease, and has been well received by all those who use it.

After using the system for over a year, I would thoroughly recommend StaffSavvy to anyone looking for an easy to use but very powerful system to manage their staff, shifts and rotas.

Staff Savvy is great!! It has really changed our rotated system which was very old-fashioned, it has allowed us to get on with other tasks and expand our role!
