We had three windows fitted, our fitter’s name was Chris he arrived really early and never stopped till the job was done. Throughout the whole process from ordering to completion we had first class service and great customer service, over the moon with the new windows would recommend SRN.

The team who came out to fit my windows and doors were absolutely brilliant—professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what they do. They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and made sure the job was done to a really high standard.

The new windows and doors have completely transformed the look of my home, and the quality is outstanding. You can really feel the difference already in terms of warmth and noise reduction.

It’s not often you come across tradespeople who take such pride in their work, but these lads really went above and beyond. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows or doors. A genuinely 5-star experience!

Very professional staff from start to finish. Friendly and hardworking and did a great job.

From first contact and appointment with salesman, who explained the patio doors all the work that would be done etc. Went for the bi fold doors. This was followed up by the surveyor who again fully discussed all the work etc that would be done then the team to take out old doors and fit the new bi fold doors with matching cladding done in a day. The full experience was exceptional in all respects as was the contact at office. Would highly recommend SRN home improvements.
