The whole experience was perfect from the sales lady coming to my home,explaining information and advice,showing all the door products with prices then taking our order,the surveyor arrived within days,did a really efficient measure up giving us lots of info on what was what.The fitters came up from Airdrie,sharp,and got started straight away,doing a great job,the finish was fantastic,and they hoovered up and left my place in perfect condition.Many thanks.

Think my word we’re WoW what a difference!! The windows have modernised my home from top to bottom. Took just over two days, and the work men were very respectful and tidy.

I cannot recommend SRN enough. My flat had old, falling apart windows that were more aesthetic than useful. From the first step, it was easy. The very kind woman who was my main contact when arranging appointments was very helpful and made organising everything hassle free. Not only was the original salesman incredibly friendly, he explained everything very in depth. I was incredibly impressed when he brought a full window out of the van into my flat so I could see and feel how well made they were. The surveyor who measured up was polite, perfunctory and friendly, in and out in about 10 minutes. And the technicians who installed the window were so friendly and good banter. Every step of the process was made easy, which I really appreciated being a first time home owner who had never had to go through any sort of large renovation like new windows. If you need any doors or windows, SRN Home Improvements should be your first choice.

It was fitted in just over a week - the fitting was good and they took everything away.

The fitters were friendly, approachable, professional and completed the work in very good tine. They also explained the process for the installation of the sofits, fascias, etc. They worked constantly and tidied up well too. The company alao compensated me due to a mix up wirh the installation date. I was impressed by that.
The sales, surveyor and admin staff also dealt with me appropriately and effeciently. I was also kept up to date with good and detailed information of the process for the installation and payment. I would highly recommend this company for your replacement sofits, fascias, guttering and down pipes.
I am pleased with the materials and the work done.

From start to finish this company were fantastic. They explained everything clearly and listened to what I wanted and helped me along the journey. They came when they were supposed to and did an amazing job of my windows, they use the best materials and were very polite and professional. Great experience with this company , from initial contact with sales team and then to the surveyor and finally the installation team. All of my contacts with them was really positive, the windows were excellent quality and expertly fitted , excellent job all round, I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent from start to finish. Sales/estimator was not pushing for immediate signature as I wanted an opportunity to check reviews before signing, I’d have been reluctant if salesman had been pushy. Measuring done really carefully meaning the windows had minimal fill-ins around perimeter. Fitters were qualified joiners, did a fantastic job, clean and extremely professional. Finish on sills and facings really slick, windows look and feel really sturdy. I’ve noticed a huge difference in heat retention since installation. I could’ve got a cheaper price elsewhere but doubt very much the experience or product would’ve been anything like as good. Worth every penny.

Workmanship is to a high standard, staff turned up when they said they would. Left my property very tidy after the work was complete everything taken away.

So happy with the windows from SRN from the first contact with Joseph to the installation, sorry didn't get the father and sons name as husband was in while they where doing all the hard work , windows look amazing thank you guys I am so pleased with the results , would highly recommend them .
