Chris and his dad were lovely people, their workmanship was excellent, was a pleasure to have them in our home.

So impressed with SRN. No hard sell, professional surveying of windows, helping choose the trim and any questions. The actually window fitters(very friendly) were on time 8.45 am and had 6 windows completed and tidied up by 2 pm. To say I was impressed is an understatement, very pleased from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.

I am really impressed with the whole process of getting windows and doors from SRN, they are good quality and looks great. I am mainly impressed with Chris and Campbell who installed the windows and doors. They are a brilliant, friendly team. They went above and beyond with the installation, my walls are not square so this caused some extra work for them but they did a great job and the windows look perfect.

Tremendous work carried out on our sunroom. Four large windows and double doors fitted. Beautiful job, delivered and fitted when it was supposed to be with no issue. House is transformed. Recommended.

Lovely windows. Installation and customer service are excellent. This was the first time I'd had to replace windows and I was extremely nervous out getting it done but I needn't have been. The workmen were very professional and polite. They worked well as a team. They left no mess and were very helpful. I'd highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Both Colin n Lewis both work excellently as a team and always very professional and friendly,and always very neat and tidy workmanship during the whole job till it was completed through out " and the too a very high standard (also constantly tidying up behind them selfies hovering up any mess as they were doing the 8 windows and my front door+side panel" for the time they were there installing the above "also I would definitely recommend SRN Home Improvements too anyone for very good quality windows and doors and the 10years guarantee that's with it also as a safe guard*1

From the first phone call to saying goodbye to the wonderful fitters the experience was first class. The team worked non-stop. The were pleasant, entertaining and made sure we were aware of what they were doing and available to answer any questions. They cleaned up and hoovered as they worked so no mess at all - don't know how they managed to do all that - even the drive was swept so no dust or wood shavings. I would give more stars if I could, an absolute credit to their company. The windows and doors are top quality (they even cleaned them once they finished the job). I have no hesitation in recommending SRN and happy to share the before and after photos

From sales rep to fitting service was good quick time from ordering to fitting the quality of the work by the fitters was outstanding they were polite friendly and they left the house like they hadn't been in

We wish we got new windows in long ago it amazing no more drafts no more noise from outside the house is even warmer we love our new windows we love the colour too, even the colour stands out amazing we can’t believe it we love them even the price was great too, and there was only 2 guys that fitted them well done to them they only took 2 days from start to finish, the guys that fitted them was just amazing very happy cheerful guys and having a laugh with them they even worked very hard too thanks guys very professional to them and thanks to SRN Home Improvements, we are so happy and pleased, Thanks to everyone amazing job well done .

SNR were prompt, worked quickly and efficently to a high standard. The windows are of high quality at an affordable price. The fitters were all polite, professional and helpful. So the fitting of the 7 windows were installed in a short time with nothing left which required cleaning up. would highly recommend this company.

Brilliant, simply brilliant, we just installed our front doors by SRN, whole process from beginning to the end, including survey, pricing, finance and installation couldn’t be smoother. Derek the door installer showed up exactly on time , he did absolutely amazing job, every single detail perfectly executed and finished the job far beyond my expectations, doors looks amazing and already a couple of neighbours asking for the company who did the job.
Door, handles , hinges, locks and trims all very good quality and price wise very reasonable and in fact much cheaper than our local companies in Aberdeen.
SRN is the company which I definitely recommend it and will go back to them in future. A big thank you to Joseph, Derek and all the team in SRN
