Easy to sign up and simple to use - but then the problems begin. Multiple attempts to cash out using Solana USD but failure upon failure with support simply saying they will get back after resolving the issue and then... NOTHING.

I’ve been using Spritz Finance for several months, and it has quickly become my go-to solution for managing my crypto. One standout feature is the ability to use my crypto to pay bills directly — something I haven’t seen executed this well on other platforms. It makes paying bills with crypto incredibly convenient and efficient.

Another great feature is their virtual card, which makes it easy to use crypto for daily expenses without needing to go through multiple exchanges or conversions. The integration is straightforward and user-friendly, allowing me to manage both my crypto transactions and my everyday finances in one place.

The only drawback I’ve encountered is the response time from their customer service and engineering teams. While they are helpful when they respond, it can take longer than expected to get issues resolved or questions answered. Speeding up response times would make Spritz Finance even better.

Horrible crypto site never added my deposit said I was verified then all of a sudden I wasn’t

I'm writing to tell all of you that I have been using Spritz card for at least a year to a year and a half. I made the mistake of starting two accounts. One I didn't activate fully, but on one of my deposits, it went to that account. Let's just say there was some investigation and a good amount of correspondence to find my deposit, first, transfer it to my active account and then close the inactive one after the transfer. Spritz team never got tired of working with me until the entire matter was resolved. They remained attentive, friendly and respectful.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had a transaction that didnt confirm in time so my bill didnt get payed. When I sent the TXID, they resolved my issue in HOURS. Ty you sooo much Spritz!

“Live” support is absolutely terrible. Unacceptable when you are dealing with people’s money.

I have had $2800 I can not access for almost a week now and “live” support is an absolute joke.

They have blocked my card due to some unauthorized charges, which Is fine. However they did not tell me, let me load the card, and proceeded to not answer for days on end.

I STILL have not been able to get them to unblock the card just so I can move my money out of spritz.

I have typically had a good experience with them and transacted a lot of volume. But this experience right here I will probably never use them again.

Updated to 4* for working with me to resolve the issue, I am keeping it from 5 stars just based on no 24/7 live support, there really should be access to a human at any time for any problem when dealing with peoples finances.

I have been using Spritz finance a few times now and I can say they are RELIABLE and trustworthy. Deposits to my account have been reflected in no later than 3 business days. Also, their support team is pretty responsive and helpful if you have any questions. Recommend it a 100% to off-ramp crypto.

Spritz finance on and offramp services pizz all over EVERY CEX, every other ramp I've used and I'm a blockchain expert. This is a true hidden gem. TRY IT !

Support staff was excellent and very responsive. I felt so much better about using their product knowing someone,an actual person was responding and was so quick to help.

Used the online chat. Support staff quickly jumped on my inquiry about a payment that was stuck in "pending" mode for a few days. They diagnosed and resolved the issue in just a few minutes. I was impressed my issue was taken care of with a single chat interaction. Happy customer.
