Spritz is the best. Awesome support, too!

Works great on desktop, I'm sure they'll eventually make it great for mobile is well.

Customer support was great as well (reached out twice so far).

Spritz Finance is a complete game changer! I operate heavily in the Private Sector utilizing the traditional barter system and Digital Assets and Spritz Finance has made it a breeze for transactions between digital assets and Fiat Exchange.

To be fair with SF, the "off ramp" for me has worked out great. I've had no problems with that. However, the "pay bills" side has been a nightmare! On January 31, 2025 I made a payment of $1500 for my credit card. The estimated completion date was Feb. 6, 2025. The date has come and gone. I've been in contact with customer services and still nothing has been worked out. I very disappointed in SF bill pay services. It is not something that I can recommend to anyone. I've requested a refund of my crypto and still waiting for the refund.

Update on 02/26/2025: I want to be fair with Spritz. My bill finally got paid. I can only assume that the pay bill section seems to take quite longer than sending money into your bank account. But thanks for paying my bill. It was late.

Fantastic experience off-boarding from my Phantom wallet to Bank. Fees are small and its fast. I highly recommend anyone use Spritz for off-boarding if still using Coinbase, Cashapp or another CEX. Best part is US residents can verify themselves easily.

I signed up to take advantage of the $25 sign up bonus and didn't receive it they kept telling me it was in the account but I had to start a transaction using the wallet connect so I did that still no $25 in my account so I emailed again and they tell me it's in the account and to hurry up and use it I had only 12'hours left to use it but how do you use something that's no there what a joke they should not be in business for lying to people and telling them they get a $25 bonus to sign up and I see plenty of people in here with same experience so this is not how a company should be allowed to run and their app should be taken from the play store and the apple store it's rediclous and unacceptable(UPDATE)Now they tell me I had to use the app on computer not my phone in order to get the $25 sign up bonus complete numbers nonsense so why not let people know this oh yeah it's because you only have 3 days to use it so by the time you go through all this garbage the $25 sign up bonus is no longer good cause the 3 days has passed these companies that lie and steal should all get sued and I'm now talking to a lawyer and getting a petition going to sue this company because someone has to say enough is enough

Its difficult to use SUI wallet connection improve their connection depending on users review they say its a scam. hard to use. All this crypto headache when it comes to connection. Please make it super easy to use. Financial Hardship because I lost my job, now unemployment Financial emergency please super easy.

I would say, spritz is a complete joke. Customer service was subpar at best. Um, when they did finally return my queries, they explained that I had about 17 minutes left, and they would walk me through it. Then they so much as laughed at me when I said i'm sorry, but I don't have time to right now. The last email that I read, I had to laugh because they said even though the sign on bonus had expired that I should look into the. Referral bonus program. Yeah, 'cause that's what I want to do after my experience is send my friends their way. I don't even think I would send an enemy there for torture. Every time I tried to use their bonus, no matter how I did it, it would say that I didn't have enough funds to cover it. There was a link i was supposedtouse to approve the transaction. And when I'd click on that, I got an "oops. This page doesn't exist"when I brought this to customer service, they just ignored it, and didn't even give me a response. If there was a lot of a lower score then one star, I would have definitely given it to them.

Ya i had 71 and 3/4 hours with out and support. When I first reached out to them they had a message that said be back in a few hours. That then with no return changed to will return tomorrow. Haha. There goes roughly 24 of 72 long story short when I finally got in touch with someone I was just headed out the door for a prior obligation. I explained that I didn't have time now and it would have been nice to have help the 3 days while I struggled alone on with no support staff to assist and help links that said opps this had moved or such language, which obviously, is no help at all. If they really wanted to give out an incentive bonus. They'd probably time frame it. Bye. We will give you 72 hours while our offices are open instead of 72 hours over the weekend with no one home.

Never heard of them and there was an offer for $25 for signing up. Signed up connected my to make a transfer and there web site says there's nothing in my wallet.Then they continue to email me after hitting unsubscribe a bunch of times. To whoever responds, sorry doesn't mean anything. It's not going to get you my business. Instead of being sorry do what you say and maybe you will have more customers....

I’ve unsubscribed from this company’s marketing emails 4 times in the last year and keep getting emails. At this point I’ve reported the company to the FTC. My partner and a friend have all had the same experience with emails for this company and have each filed reports with the FTC too.

Too much bs to go through and such a restrictions on everything

The support team at Spritz are phenomenal - I had accidently wired funds to a wrong account number and they were able to immediately recall the transaction, recovering the entire funds back to my account in less than a week. Kudos to Ley for the continued support and communication!

I’m not so happy with the customer service I received. I got the 25 dollar bonus but didn’t know I needed to use it right away. I kept getting emails and the day I got the last day you have 12 hours to use your bonus I tried to use the bonus and it was gone. They informed me that they had changed it to 72 hours. I understand if it’s 72 hours that’s fine but the fact that I received 3 or 4 emails about the bonus after the 72 hours. They should’ve been more upfront about the time frame or not send out emails if they won’t stand by the email. It’s less about the $25 and more about the principle I work in the oilfield and if a salesman sends out an email or gives a wrong price we have to stand by that just because it’s the right thing to do.

So look I had all kinds of trouble at the beginning trying to load my card and it was simply pilot error, when I got a hold of customer support they were freaking amazing and walked me through every step and I got my $25 bonus and all is good

Nice and easy way to convert Crypto into a usable Visa debit card.

Great Service I had some issues buying crypto but it was solved very quick and easy had a lil wait but wasn’t anything major.
