Springboard is our "Go To" for all of our CX needs

Customer service can be one of the most daunting, time consuming and most important facets of a successful e commerce brand, and having a strong CX team like Springboard to back your brand up is key.
We have multiple e-commerce sites, platforms and social channels across the globe and we use Springboard for all of our CX needs. They're fast, thoughtful and able to handle a multitude of different brands and platforms all at once. Whether you have 1 brand or several like us, Springboard is the way to go for all of your customer facing communications!

Cannot speak highly enough!

Cannot speak highly enough of Springboard. They have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and an overall great asset for us when it comes to all things CX. They really worked to get to know our business and the questions/needs/desires of our customers. We are so impressed with the value we have gotten and the professionalism from top to bottom.

Highly Recommend!

Definitely recommend!
The CEO and Customer service experts handle the tickets/issues as if it was their own business they were tending to. They're not just checking off a box, they care and provide feedback/patterns which in turn helps our company grow. The implementation is efficient, and they provide fast response time to tickets. Very much worth the service!

Springboard is everything right with…

Springboard is everything right with third party customer service. I only pay for what I use, the reps that deal with my customers are from the U.S. and one time we had an issue - they were able to address the influx of issues that needed addressing. Highly recommend.

Huge asset to our business

We've been working with Springboard for 3 months now and they've been fantastic. Quick implementation, fast response time to tickets, and most importantly, very personable in their responses to customers leaving a lasting impact. It is fantastic to have a CX team that can meet the ebbs and flows of our support needs as we scale, and in times where demand may fluctuate. Definitely recommend!

Collaborative, friendly team

As someone with a background in customer experience and who holds their customers near and dear to their heart, it has been such a relief finding Springboard and their team. They learn quickly, adjust to your brand tone of voice and style, and just know how to help figure things out. Oftentimes outsourcing brings a new set of headaches to manage but they really make it as easy as possible.

Springboard has been the best decision…

Springboard has been the best decision we made for our business. We’ve conflicted our growth during Q1 of this year with inefficient TAT in closed tickets and an alarming rise of unsatisfied resolutions. Springboard’s quick on-boarding and immediate knowledge transfer was frictionless and diligent. In just a week, Springboard outperformed our weekly averages and provided the level of support to our customers like a founder. Amazing team and an amazing partner, highly recommended!

We were referred to Springboard

We were referred to Springboard by a friend and wow are we happy we signed up. Jonathan and his team are great at what they do and we’ve genuinely enjoyed working with Sabina. She’s been an amazing extension to our team, makes great suggestions, talks to our customers the way she would a family member or friend and we couldn’t be happier. I look forward to seeing how this relationship grows as our business scales!

Highly Recommend

We were drowning in customer support emails until Jonathan and his team stepped in. We have now added live chat and other functions since Springboard has been incorporated. The reviews on our website speaking so highly of our customer support are proof his team is taking our brand to the next level. Highly recommend.

Best In the Business

Jonathan and his team are some of the best in the business. They have alleviated a ton of headaches and added some "method to the mayhem" for our brand. I highly recommend them if you're exploring 3rd party support options!
