Springboardhq has local support staff (Canada!)
Springboardhq is a Canadian/US company with all their support staff locally which makes fulfillment and language much easier. I've worked with previous support staff on upwork and there are simple things we take for granted that they don't understand such as there are 2 Vancouver's one in Canada and the other in the US that is obvious to a Canadian but may not to be others who live abroad. Nikita and Jonathan have been a pleasure to work with and they put their best foot forward to make everything go smoothly. I'd highly recommend !
