Springboard is a complete game changer!

Springboard has been a game changer for our business. Jonathan and his team were able to quickly onboard and integrate themselves into our team seamlessly. They were able to take over all of our customer service overnight, which has allowed to free up so much of our time to focus on larger impacts to the business. We cannot recommend them enough!

Support you can count on!

Springboard improved our customer support at a pivotal time for our company. We were experiencing shipping delays and had accrued a hefty backlog. Jonathan and the Springboard team were able to quickly get our response times within SLA. We continue to benefit from their timely communication and receptiveness to new operating procedures. Highly recommend!

I own and operate 3 e-commerce…

I own and operate 3 e-commerce businesses and I outsourced every single inbox to Springboard. I’m so happy I found a partner I can trust that is going to take care of my customers the way I expect them to be taken care of. I plan on growing my team through them and I’m so excited for it

A customer service unicorn

I'd all but given up on finding customer service help until Stephanie Jesppersson from Springboard came into the picture. Exceptional customer service seems to be a lost art, but Stephanie proved to us there are still people and companies out there that can provide the level of customer service we expect and want to give our customers. Our company standards are very high and for the first time, we can sleep at night knowing Stephanie and her team are executing beautifully on our customer service wishes. Prompt, warm, friendly, empathetic, helpful, dependable and resourceful are just a few of the words I would use to describe Stephanie and her customer service style. She is able to have her own voice but still represent us as a company. We are beyond grateful for her help and only wish we had found her and Springboard sooner!

Exceptional!

My entire career has been in customer service; for one of the largest software firms and now for a family owned business. I’m embarrassed to admit that my expectations are VERY high, I’ve been continuously disappointed in the responses and/or lack of awareness in handling customer concerns within many companies We had tried hiring another firm in the past but was horrified at the results. I had resigned myself to the fact that my expectations are unrealistic and that basically “if you want it done right you have to do it yourself.” Enter Stephanie at Springboard! We needed help this past year and I anticipated a repeat of the past. I am astonished by her (& her teams) intuitive professionalism and friendly tone - exactly what we hoped and this time - delivered! We are so pleased and feel we found the jackpot - our customers are being taken care of perfectly and there’s no stress, worry, or need to monitor the responses. Nader is a superstar!

Our support agent has been amazing and reliable! I do wish we had more transparency into the ticket tracking however overall we're very happy with Springboard and appreciate the flexibility we have as our ticket volume increases and decreases based on the months. We look forward to keeping Nader "on our team" for months to come!

My business is so important to me and it was just as important to bring on a partner that understood how much it meant to me. Jonathan and his team care about my business as if it’s their own, and you can see it with the interactions they have with my customers. I’ve been with them for 1 year and I’m looking forward to continuing this relationship for a long time.

Amazing work by Springboard!

Jonathan and his team at Springboard are a truly exceptional outsourced customer service team. He jumped in at the last minute (ours, not his) to help out our business during a moment of crisis in the busiest time of the year (holidays!) and was present, professional, and super easy to work with. Springboard's rates are competitive with other outsourced CX and I would highly recommend them for ANY business. Five stars!

We recently started using springboard and I was impressed with how efficiently and quickly our rep Nader was able tot get up to speed. Our customers have been really happy with the service they are receiving. Additionally, its allowed our team to have the freedom to focus on other areas with the peace of mind knowing we are in good hands.
