Plenty of other decent betting websites. This is an absolute shambles.

Absolutely terrible and do not reward…

Absolutely terrible and do not reward you for loyalty and when you try and discuss it with them they say it is generated by a computer. Let me tell you the computer is broken. So gone elsewhere and Bet 365 have got vem an amazing joining up reward and give you amazing specials and I have had a reward cash bonus both weeks since joining without having to ask. So avoid Sporting Index as they give you nothing and even when you contact them you get nothing AVOID AVOID AVOID

Bet £10 and get £20 in free bets. Not!

Bet £10 and get £20 in free bets. Sounds great but then once you've deposited the money they e-mail you to say you won't be eligible for any free bet promotions. Sick of these scamming bet sites and not sure how they're allowed to continue.

Scammers

Hi, please try avoid this scammers.
I place a bet and after game finish they give status of the game lost(so I check result and that game was won), so I contact them and they say that I am not right, so 10minutes later they change status of the game în void (and excuse was like the price în moment of placeing bet wasnt updated)
After they block my account,so I couldnt place any bets, and I wait more than 48hours to recieve my withdrawl, which always was in 2h în my account
I place complain and they redirect me to "dispute departament" which they dont answer, and I place complains and ask for reference no for that that complain and they still dont sent me after 5days

AVOID

The review is specifically BECAUSE of a live chat I had today with BILL, he was extremely rude arrogant and did not help me with anything telling me "no worries you will loose your promo cash by tomorrow" I had to call to sporting index where another guy fixed the issue for 10 seconds. I WILL NEVER EVEN LOG IN TO THIS SITE BECAUSE OF THE EXPERIENVE I HAD TODAY.

Had an account for 20 years or more

Had an account for 20 years or more. They offer a great choice of markets - soccer, racing, NFL, hurling etc. and within markets, especially player performance. Generally a very good experience with occasional freebie bets and it was a pleasure to lose money with them! I was recently informed by them that they have closed down operations outside of UK due to unspecified 'regulatory reasons'. There is no comparable outfit.

Winners Not Wanted For Long

Opened an account in 1997. Liked it very much at first. But because I do a bit of analysis before I trade, they clearly didn't feel I was losing enough and started limiting my bets. The worse thing is they don't warn you in advance, so I was not expecting to be told my maximum bet was now just £3 instead of £5 or £10. Sometimes the message was just "your trade was not accepted". Then they accused me of arbing. I had to look that one up. Eventually they seemed to agree I wasn't arbing, and my limits were lifted, but only for a while. When eventually I was limited to £1 bets, I just gave up. Basically, they only want regular losers as customers, and have no loyalty to customers of 25 years patronage.

The website design must be one of the worst in the industry. It is hard to use, the odds awful compared to Bet 385 and 888 Sport, and for some reason I have to place funds into their "spreads" website before I can transfer them to their "odds" website to bet on normal bookmaker's markets. I can see this company failing in the future.

False advertising "Match Winner"

Falsely advertising match winner in the World Cup when in fact they are selling "result after 90 minutes".
William Hill and Ladbrokes clearly state 90 minutes but sporting index advertise "match winner" instead. So you will bet on this and so long as there is added time or penalties for that win you will still lose.

Their terms and conditions are also split into a different section of the site as they have spread betting and odds separately.

They are all over social media encouraging bets on match winner but many folks will be ripped off by their abuse of wording and non-discloser of 90 minutes. Beware of this unethical firm!

Don't bother with these World Cup matches it seems they are all getting dragged out past 90 minutes anyway.

I wonder why eh? Eh?
