I have a bad feeling about this company.

Order #7971: I asked several times for the shipment confirmation and nobody answered. Checking the tracking, it seems the pack has been delivered but I have not received it. And nobody (again) is answering my email. Bad, really bad experience

My sister ordered an XL for me as a Christmas present a small came in the post, we have emailed numerous times and contacted them on their instagram page with no response. Order number 7707.
Update: still no response from this company from any methods I have tried to contact them. I have accepted I am not getting what we ordered.

I got a crappy piece of plastic after a month. It was poorly packaged, arrived broken, and customer service doesn't respond ever. Waste of money and frustrating.

This product has really helped with my rounded shoulders and makes it easier to maintain good posture. I also find myself sitting straight at my desk, which is a big plus.

Much better after using it for a few days.

You sent me the wrong size. I ordered a 'L' size according to the table size published but it does not fit at all. I believe the size you sent is an 'S' size. I have written to resend the right size to me multiple times, but no one has replied to my request since I wrote in

The package never arrived! The USPS carrier marked it as delivered when in fact the package wasn't delivered to the address on the package. Because the package was shipped Internationally & wasn't insured I could not file a claim with USPS. I am very disappointed in the lack of care Spinecracker used to make sure the package was delivered. I ordered 2 items for a total of $69 plus and I have no way of reclaiming my order. After writing the first review, they tried to have it removed. The following week I got a package from them however it’s a size small - ordered ex-large! Nothing changed and I learned a lesson dealing with this company.

Ordered 2 back hero braces. Ordered lg and xl. Received xxl and 3XL and they r way too small. Sent them a message to return. They sent me an email address sent multiple messages and still no response. They charged my credit card before even shipping the item. What do I do now? Report them to BBB and FTC? I think I’ve been scammed.

Bought the ortho pillows. Pillows are smaller than throw pillows you put on a couch. Cheaply made. Stupid expensive. Customer service is trash. You’ll never get a response. Asked for a refund and still never received an email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Big rip off! I have a back problem from surgery and have chronic pain. I saw the posture corrector ($34.99) The item on the webpage was made of metal and had a metal hinge with silicon tips. What I received is small wooden dowels put together in the middle with a cheap plastic connector that comes out. I couldn't use it and requested an address to process the refund within the 14 day return policy. I received a response from the company that included a link with not return address. I requested the return address and never received a reply. I knew it was overpriced but was willing to try something to relieve my pain. I'm posting this to warn others. I'm also going to file with the FTC and BBB.
