Don’t use this company until they sort themselves out
I have been very happy with this company until Eli Lily announced their price rises. While I understand this has been a difficult time for companies completely ignoring all emails from customers has not been helpful. I have tried sending emails to every email address I have for people within the company but have had not response other than an automated message from customers support saying they will get back to me within 24 hours. Nothing else for 2 weeks. I am now left with no prescription for my new pen which I should start on Sunday. I’m not sure if they are still trading, if they will try to take my next rolling payment or if they will ever get back to me with answers to my queries. Very disappointing for a company with say they offer a holistic approach to your wellness journey.
