Product great, shipping issues

The prouct is great, just what I ordered. Issue I have is that the gondolas were back ordered. You shipped them seperatly, so I paid double the freight. Why not hold the first one and ship them together or call to see if I wanted to pay double freight?? I think that was careless and didn't show a care for our costs.

I would give this company 0/10 stars if…

I would give this company 0/10 stars if I could. I never received the product I ordered (a hat stand). After experiencing poor customer service, I requested a cancellation. Instead of resolving the issue, they charged my card and then tried to charge it again just to ship the item.

When I reached out by email, I was told to call someone — but when I asked to actually speak with them, they admitted they work remotely from another country and that I couldn’t talk to them. The runaround was unbelievable.

I cancelled the order, never received the product, and never got a refund. The website looks like a scam, and unfortunately, my experience confirmed it. The customer service is just as bad as the site itself.

Do not recommend this company at all.

Display made simple

I purchased this display rack several times already. It is simple to assemble. My only issue is that I have to remove it from it`s original box, because when it arrives the box is torn in multiple places. If I brought it to a new location they would think that I was bring an old item because of the look of the box.

I was not pleased with the high cost of…

I was not pleased with the high cost of shipping, nor do I understand it. I am four hours from Chicago and shipping was over $50. However, overall it was cheaper than the same item listed on Ebay. The good thing is that it arrived within two-three days of placing the order. I have not opened it yet so I can speak to quality

Unknowledgable, disinterested customer service

FedEx lost my packages. SSS gave me information about the package's status that demonstrably was incorrect (shipment was shown as "out for delivery" for three days). When I asked that the shipment be cancelled, the rep's attitude quickly turned apathetic. Refund never arrived, no notice of refund given, and a few days later, the package showed up. In the meantime, I had to find the materials from another vendor, so now I have two of everything! Really unimpressive.
