“I don’t have much experience with spare room b/c I just arrived the other day on Friday, March, 14, 2026, so therefore, I’m a beginner here.

I am mature single guy, age 51, (non-smoker),

I do like to go out on special occasions such as family and friends of family for get togethers and once a year we have family reunions, and get togethers a few times during the summer and holiday on Christmas and birthdays. On special occasions I’ll have 1 or 2 light drinks,, then exchange it for an “iced tea,” b/c i don’t really don’t care to drink, only because my family and friends I grew
up with do. It’s a dutch thing.

I’m a kind easy going guy who’s
looking for a male who wants to share her bedroom after we meet and go over some things ect. I’m in Johnston IA.

It hasn’t been great,but it has been helpful.

Everything about the company the site is great. It’s just that there seem to be some flakes that bother you and inquire you about your property and when you respond, they don’t respond back simple stuff, Flakey people.
